Non posso assolutamente esprimere alcun giudizio negativo a riguardo.
Salvo per le finestre 😅.ma ci sta.
Accoglienza ineguagliabile, servizio impeccabile in tutto

Cons:

Abituato ad altre tipologie di hotel , e normale che mi sia sembrato strano non poter far rientro dopo la mezza notte o viceversa. .
Aggiungo una nota per quanto riguarda i bagni.
" consiglio un impianto di aspirazione dato assenza di finestre fisse.
La sicurezza per una struttura del genere e obbligo.
Ma l'importante e sapersi adeguare.
E per me cosi e stato.

Soggiorno eccellente sotto ogni aspetto! La struttura è davvero unica, curata nei minimi dettagli e accogliente. Il cibo è stato ottimo e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre professionale, gentile e disponibile. Un'esperienza che consiglio vivamente e che spero di ripetere presto!

Stanze sporche con escrementi di topo sul pavimento del bagno, letto matrimoniale con due materassi singoli vicini! Temperatura afosa sia in camera che nella sala della ristorazione invasa da zanzare! Valuto eventuale denuncia! Pur essendomi lamentato nessuna presa di posizione!! Ho le foto degli escrementi dei topi che allegherò alla denuncia tramite avvocato

Pros:

The receptionist and barman were very friendly and the location was stunning. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms whilst wonderfully restored were a bit too austere for our liking. The air conditioning our room was ineffective. Dinner was disappointing and served without enthusiasm or interest.Access to hotel from the car park was a challenge!

Molto caldo , benché ci fosse il condizionatore nella camera. ( in questi giorni le temperature sono molto elevate)

Un vero peccato, perché il castello meriterebbe un’esperienza all’altezza della sua bellezza
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto questo castello, soprattutto per la sua splendida posizione e l’atmosfera suggestiva che si respira. Peccato che non sia visitabile, nemmeno per chi soggiorna nelle camere.

Cons:

Ho trovato deludenti le limitazioni imposte agli ospiti nell’utilizzo delle aree esterne durante gli eventi. Con 40°C all’arrivo, avrei apprezzato un’accoglienza più attenta, con un drink fresco, anche solo acqua fresca. Inoltre, a fronte di una tariffa di 175 € a notte, far pagare 3 € per una bottiglia d’acqua naturale in camera mi è sembrato poco elegante. Infine, è un peccato che in una struttura così bella nessun membro dello staff possa fornire informazioni sulla storia del castello in assenza di una guida dedicata. In caso di eventi, gli ospiti delle camere non dispongono di un parcheggio riservato e sono costretti a parcheggiare a valle, nel piazzale, per poi salire a piedi la sera al buio attraverso le vie senza illuminazione , utilizzando una torcia.
