Excellent value for money
Pros:

The hotel was really nice, very comfortable and great value for money. The facilities were good and staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

My only suggestion would be the coffee could improve. It is easy to order iced coffees from outside the hotel but it would be nice to be able to get them there.

People were smoking inside the lobby near the check in counter. Never experienced this at any pullman hotel before.
