Agradable, practica
Pros:

La atención del personal fue amable; mostraron disposición y amabilidad cuando fueron requeridos; buena ubicación del hotel

Cons:

Al ingresar a a habitación no funcionaba aire acondicionado, no encontramos citófono, grifo de lavamanos, en regular estado. No fuimos informado del wi fi; Tollas no habia suficiente

Pesima experiencia en dos visitas que les hice
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buena. El señor del restaurante para los desayunos es un amor. Muy buena gente. La chica joven delgadita de recepción tambien super amable.

Cons:

Mil cosas por mejorar. La chica de recepción ( una señora morenita, no la muchacha) me hizo check in y ni me cobró. Para pagar esperé que llegara la muchacha joven y le pagué. Duchas en mal estado. Con la regadera dañada. Puerta principal sin seguro. Puerta del balcon a la calle sin seguro. El aire acondicionado y la nevera olían horrible a polvo. Solo dan jaboncito como de motel. No hay acondicionador. El lavamanos con daños. EL ASCENSOR QUE SUSTO. suena como si no le hubieran hecho mantenimiento en años. Sentí que se desplomaria en cualquier momento. Es la segunda vez que me quedo porque la primera tenian un evento grande y dije bueno. Depronto pueden mejorar. Error. Eso sumado a que no tienen servicio de restaurante como lo dicen. Una experiencia que no pienso repetir

Buena ubicación y cómodo.

Cons:

No hay servicio de restaurante o cafetería. No pudieron darme un café un sábado en la tarde porque no había nadie prestando el servicio en cafetería o cocina.
