Parking at the Jubilee Conference Center is free for residents although spaces are limited. Permits for alternative car parks are issued by reception for you to place on your dashboard. Please collect your car park permit prior to parking. Reception will also assist you with directions.

Was clean and near where we needed to be
No air conditioning
Room good size as was the bed. Very clean. Tea/coffee etc good. Bar downstairs very good. Seating area out back with urban lake.
Main door was very heavy and banged loudly. Walls were paper thin.
Close to the city but quieter clean rooms and good breakfast
No air conditioning in the room no access to streaming services on the TV. Fire alarm went off due to sensor issue at 21:30 and again about 22:00
Good location for the purpose of our visit. Good sized room and very comfortable and well appointed with everything that we needed.
Work being carried out in the main lobby as you enter the hotel. Hoarding taking up most of the space that wasn’t very welcoming! Some drilling noise experienced in the morning at about 8:20am.
Have stayed several times before at this hotel and The Orchard Hotel l was shocked to have to pay for parking at £6 a day! I have recommended The Orchard to family visiting next week for my mother’s 91 st birthday and now have to advise them that they will be incurring extra unexpected costs for parking. So feeling disappointed as this was not communicated to me on booking or before arrival and obviously would impact on the whole stay if saying several days.

I had a pleasant stay at the Jubilee Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a relaxing place to stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any requests. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport links. Welcoming as soon as I arrived. Found me a quiet room. It was clean and comfortable. Everything you might need in the room, hairdryer, coffee& tea etc.

It was a very comfortable within university grounds. We would highly recommend for anyone visiting children or family in the university.
Very comfortable bed
Didn’t get a great welcome on arrival, despite there being two staff at the desk, one was focussed on admin so had to wait for other to finish checking someone in and answering their questions.
- room was very clean & towels and toiletries good
- No air conditioning. Was 35 degrees during stay (not sure I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with no air con!?) and only one freestanding fan
- No comp water in room and no fridge in room. Had to keep going to bar to request ice for our water.
- Impractical room layout. The hairdryer couldn’t be moved and was connected in the wardrobe directly outside the bathroom door opposite the only full length mirror. Chaos when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. TV not visible from bed - had to sit in desk chair to see tv which was around the corner?!?
