Parking at the Jubilee Conference Center is free for residents although spaces are limited. Permits for alternative car parks are issued by reception for you to place on your dashboard. Please collect your car park permit prior to parking. Reception will also assist you with directions.

I really like the size of the hotel, lots of areas to sit and relax as well as the rooms being large

Cons:

No air con in the room which meant it was difficult to cool even with the windows open. Also my booking.com booking had been cancelled (an error on their side). Originally the person on the desk jist told me it was cancelled and that seemed to be that. However the manager was very polite and solved the issue quickly.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

Location. Comfortable room.

Cons:

There was confusion over whether parking charges applied. in the event we paid £6 a day to avoid the possibility of a fine.

We've stayed there twice before and on-site parking was free.

I do object to having to pay to park at an out-of-city-centre hotel.

The rooms are comfortable but looking a little tired.

Attractive location with interesting outside spaces. Very convenient for the University.
Pros:

very nice and modern environment. The outside spaces were well kept and pretty. Room was spacious and the outside space useful.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking which was a surprise. Water pressure in the shower was poor.

Good to stay for a night.
The room is clean, large and quiet.
Staff are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We were given a large accessible room with a large bathroom, however we didn’t request for this type of accessible room, in fact we had a normal room request.

The convenience design for the one who are in needs became the most inconvenient for us. The sink is too low for us to stand for brushing teeth and washing face. The water tap handle was too large for us to use. During shower, all the water leaking out from the bathroom, if we didn’t use some large towers to absorb the water, the whole bathroom floor would become wet after showering.

It should not be provided accessible room for people when they are not in need and it should be reserved for the people who are in need instead.

Lovely location
Pros:
