Location was good. Well connected by subway and buses. Room was clean and affordable for two.
There was not even complimentary coffee. The lounge and the entrance reeked of smoke.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zowel bij het in- als uitchecken. De kamer was bovendien zeer ruim, waardoor je er vrij door kon bewegen zelfs met openliggende koffers op de vloer; dit was zeker een pluspunt omdat accomodaties in Japan er niet altijd om bekend staan om groot te zijn.
De isolatie van de kamer was niet super. Ik weet niet of dit specifiek aan de dikte (of gebrek daaraan) van de muren lag of de ramen, maar het lawaai van buiten was zeer duidelijk te horen in de kamer, wat vooral ‘s avonds laat niet zo fijn was. Ik moet er wel bij vermelden dat we geen last hadden van lawaai van onze buren binnen het hotel, dus op dat vlak leek de isolatie wel in orde te zijn.
