Almost Picture Perfect.
Pros:

Very convenient location. Cloakroom facility available free of any charges. Loved the mountain view from my room. Certainly recommendable. Will visit again.

Great value for money!
Pros:

Very clean, hygienic and upscale interiors at a competitive price point. Loved the mountain view from the room and all facilities were excellent. Breakfast options are limited but delicious and service is prompt. Staff at the reception is courteous and helpful. Overall, I had a delightful stay and would recommend Treebo Varuna for a comfortable stay close to Mall Road, Shimla.

The view from the hotel room

Cons:

The basic room facilities were not properly maintained. The electric kettle provided in our room was broken, and the hotel did not have a replacement available. The food quality was also very poor and below expectations.

The hotel does offer a beautiful view of Shimla, which is probably its biggest advantage. However, if you are travelling with family, especially with elderly people or children, the location can be quite inconvenient as the hotel is situated on a steep slope.

Overall, while the view is good, the basic facilities, food quality, and accessibility need significant improvement. Considering the price, I expected much better service and facilities.

Pros:

The hotel was well maintained and in a nice location, The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful at the same time. We also had restaurants and other basic amenities stores just in front of the hotel so overall it was a pleasant stay.
