Pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

We finally had a true queen-sized bed, not just two twin beds pushed together like our other three locations. And the staff was beyond amazing!

Cons:

The bathroom was teeny, and the cloth curtain was obnoxious during showing as it would cling to you as you're trying to wash.

La sérénité et le professionnalisme de la réceptionniste qui malheureusement n'a pas obtenu de réponse favorable de la direction.

Cons:

Situation de la chambre ! Donnant en angle sur parking extérieur et donnant sur le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel à l'intérieur ! Chambre bruyante et aucune intimité ! Non précisé lors de la réservation ! Refus catégorique de la direction de procéder à un remboursement. Manque total de considération de la direction.

A nice introduction to Iceland hospitality!
Pros:

It was a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The room itself had many upgrades including a sky light (with blackout blinds) towel warmer and automatic light settings for night. The breakfast in the morning was super! There was a lot of variety and great coffee.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum in ruhiger Lage. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 30 Min. Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir hatten ein schönes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer im ersten Stock. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

The staff were wonderful and helpful with recommendations around the area. Delicious breakfast. Modern small hotel with parking lot out front . Location was great with our rental car.
