Great hotel to stay during a visit to Reykjavík.
Pros:

Wonderful reception staff.

Excellent central, modern room; Attentive hostess. Parking. Will stay again :-)

* Spacious modern room. Very modern and interesting amenities - heated bathroom floor, modern bathroom sink, etc.
* Attentive and present host: even though this hotel was categorized as self check in, the hostess was present when we arrived, during breakfast time, etc.
* Very good breakfast, several Icelandic offerings.
* Elevator, fridge in room, balcony.
* Good, more quite location in a more residential neighborhood, with parking right outside. About 3km / 10 minute drive from Hallgrimskirkja.

Cons:

Light controls were modern with day/night/evening settings, but a little confusing, seemed like they controlled the whole room AND bathroom at once?.

オフィス街か住宅街か人通りがなかった。google評価4.5の近所のレストランで食事をしたが、残念だった。

Nice hotel with excellent service
Pros:

They treated you like family and were very helpful at every possible opportunity. When I had question about a local spa they picked up the phone and called for me. When I needed help with local transportation they were more than happy to help. Also special requests were no problem.
