Prima, schoon en comfortabel verblijf op een redelijke rustige plek aan de rand van The old Town.
Pros:

Mooi, schoon en goede locatie

Cons:

Airco niet goed te regelen. Hierdoor was het (september) te koud op de laagste ventilator stand.

Excelente hotel, localização perfeita, ótimo conforto.
Pros:

Muito bonito, confortável, bem localizado, limpo, moderno. Café da manhã é ótimo. Gostei muito de ficar lá e voltaria certamente.

Cons:

Academia poderia ter um pouco mais de equipamentos.

Pros:

Location great and very central for old town. Staff friendly and facilities very comfortable. We had suite for 3 adults. Included seperate toilet and sofa bed in living room area. Main bedroom was ensuite with spacious shower

Lovely clean hotel, staff were friendly and attentive. Room was adequate for what we needed. The breakfast was ok, continental selection was brilliant. The English/cooked breakfast was not the best. It wasn’t very hot and eggs were rubbery. Overall I would recommend this hotel for location cleanliness and friendly staff.

Már második alkalommal szálltunk itt meg, mivel már volt egy jó tapasztalatunk a szállásról. A reggeli finom volt, a belváros sétálva is közel van, a szoba tetszett. Az ágy fölötti hold-lámpa különösen jó hangulatot áraszt.

Bardzo ładny hotel w starej, stylowej kamienicy. Pokój przestronny, doskonale wyposażony. Hotel bardzo czysty. Po wymeldowaniu była możliwość pozostawienia bagaży. Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko na Wawel jak i na Rynek. Jezeli kiedys jeszcze przyjade do Krakowa, to z pewnością wybiorę ten hotel.
