Sijainti hyvä, aamupala runsas ja monipuolinen. Aamupalahenkillö henkilökunta oli iloista ja palvelualtista. Tervetuliaslahjat yllättivät.

Cons:

Vain yksi hissi toimi, toista hissiä ei saatu koko oleskelumme aikana korjattua. Alakerran baarialue oli sotkuinen ja palvelu hidasta. Pöytien siivousta piti pyytää erikseen. Myös ala-aulan odotustiloihin näytti kertyvän roskia ja vesilaseja.
Huoneeseen sai vain yhden avaimen, piti erikseen tiedustella toista avainta. Tyynyt olivat liian pehmeät.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay as staff was always helpful if we asked a question
Pros:

Room was clean & tidy, bathroom had a lovely shower plus fairly spacious. It’s not far to walk to train station, old town or river so good location. Breakfast was fantastic a good choice & staff always topping up food. Think good value for money.

Good location, clean, all you need for a Krakow city break

Fabulous stay with family, good location and very attentive staff. Very welcoming feel.
