It was clean tidy and in a great location

Cons:

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room making it very uncomfortable we did end up with some fans the next night but still no air conditioning.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Altstadt Grünzug. Geschmackvolle und sehr saubere Ausstattung. Tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war trotz der frühen Jahreszeit sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war offenbar nicht aktiv.

Great stay, throughly enjoyed it. Shame about the room service.
Pros:

A nice hotel to stay in, and situated very conveniently for the Krakow Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Most attractions were within walking distance. The room was comfortable though maybe a bit cramped. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed in the room service and cleaning. Several times we put the tag out on our door for cleaning but it didn't happen and we had reported a broken glass that did not get collected for two days. We also had someone try to enter our room at 8.30 in the morning while we were still asleep without even a knock on the door.
Not great in this respect at all and should be looked into.

Pros:

Great location - very convenient for Krakow Old Town. Staff very efficient and helpful.

Cons:

Although the room was clean and light, with a comfortable bed and a wardrobe, there were no chairs (just one stool), and very little space to put anything that wasn't hung up. Apart from that, no complaints.

Nice place, comfortable and would stop there again
Pros:

Location was great - close to Old Town Square. Rooms were clean. Complimentary bottled water.

Cons:

We had prebooked parking space but previous guest was late leaving so we had to find alternative parking for the first day. Staff were very apologetic and did offer recompense to cover our additional parking cost
