Lugar, bien ubicado, pero personal poco motivado a la atención al cliente

Las instalaciones muy bonitas las habitaciones, cómodas

Cons:

No me gustó que el lugar donde nos los hagan estaba en un Anexo del otro lado en la calle.

No tienen servicio de Restaurante para la cena

No ofrecen café o té
De paga a los huéspedes.

Paga el desayuno, que es una cortesía, realmente es pequeño muy escaso

El personal de la recepción es muy poco amable parece que le hace falta entrenamiento.’
No están dispuestos a ayudar al huésped, sino que lo mandan a hacer las cosas por ejemplo abrir el portón.


El personal que atienden el desayuno lo hace de malagana está poco motivado

Debo decir que no es la primera vez que me quedo en ese Hotel y he visto un gran cambio hacia peor .

Pros:

El jardín con el are de piscina. El baño super amplio y limpio, igualmente la atención execelente.

Cons:

El aire a pesar que estaba a 16 grados lo cual es lo más helado que permite, nunca enfrió, era un calor horrible. El internet es malísimo así que no recomiendo ir con planes de trabajar.

Pros:

Muy acogedor, la distribución del espacio es muy buena y es una grata sorpresa al ingresar al hotel. Muy limpio, las áreas verdes preciosas, la piscina perfecta y limpia. Las habitaciones de un tamaño ideal, cama cómoda y todo 10/10. El desayuno muy rico y la atención de quien lo sirve excelente también. Definitivamente regresaré🥰

We definitely come back to this place. The food, the staff and the peacefulness was excellent.
