* La piscina fue uno de los aspectos que más gusto, a pesar que no me dio tiempo de utilizarla, además que cayo un árbol a la par derribando el tendido eléctrico y estuvimos sin energía un día completo

Cons:

La experiencia con el desayuno fue un poco decepcionante. Después de servirme café de la cafetera disponible, solicité un jugo que ya venía incluido con el desayuno y me indicaron que no podía porque ya había tomado café. Además, el café tenía muy mal sabor y ni siquiera pude terminarlo.

Great location, yet..
Pros:

The property is in a perfect location, walking distance & conveniently adjacent to malls, restaurants & shopping plazas within the Zona Rosa area. The gentleman who serves the breakfast in the morning went above and beyond and is exceptionally curious.

Cons:

Although everything within the room was either outdated or poorly maintained I would’ve still been able to enjoy my stay despite the fact that I was constantly being attacked by mosquitoes.

I wasn't happy with the service; the bathroom had a water problem. I asked for repairs or to change rooms. I wasn't satisfied, and I requested to cancel the reservation for the second day because the problem wasn't just with me in the room. The owner didn't like the solution, and then he didn't refund the remaining amount. He doesn't respect customers. After that, I told him I would go to consumer protection.Afterwards, he returned the remaining amount and said something inappropriate to me (telling me to go back to my favela in Rio). I have everything saved on WhatsApp.

No me gustó que el lugar donde nos los hagan estaba en un Anexo del otro lado en la calle.

No tienen servicio de Restaurante para la cena

No ofrecen café o té
De paga a los huéspedes.

Paga el desayuno, que es una cortesía, realmente es pequeño muy escaso

El personal de la recepción es muy poco amable parece que le hace falta entrenamiento.’
No están dispuestos a ayudar al huésped, sino que lo mandan a hacer las cosas por ejemplo abrir el portón.


El personal que atienden el desayuno lo hace de malagana está poco motivado

Debo decir que no es la primera vez que me quedo en ese Hotel y he visto un gran cambio hacia peor .
