Pasaron 2 dias limpiando las piscinas y nunca estuvieron listas. Podria haber una minirefri en habitaciones para mantener bebidas frias. La señal de television es muy mala

La comida es deliciosa y tienen muy buena atención en general

Lo único que me gustó fue la atención en el restaurante, muy atentos la muchacha como un señor mayor canosito.
En la recepción pufff malita la muchacha con atención al cliente y la habitación deberían asegurarse las cosas funcionen mi esposo casi se quema con la ducha y parece que en varias habitaciones el televisor o cable no funciona muy bien que digamos porque nos pasaron a otra y lo mismo, el cobro se supone es en dólares y lo hicieron a colones.

En si el hotel es bastante grande, piscina amplia y restaurante normal.
El cuarto estándar es muy pequeño, el aire acondicionado tiende a oler a húmedo. Y hay habitaciones que no tienen ventana, sino que se depende estrictamente del AC.
La persona que estaba en recepción debería mejorar su atención al cliente, parecía enojado.
Al frente de la habitación había una fiesta donde el ruido terminó hasta las 11:00 pm, no nos dejaba dormir.
El desayuno es rico pero básico.
Cuarto con humedad, sin agua en el baño, desayuno feo, mala atención y actitud de la recepcionista, una decepción de estadía.
