Great experience, will stay again.
Pros:

The friendly staff are always welcoming whenever you walk past the front desk. The rooms are clean and modern and it’s so close to the beach and nightlife.

Perfect stay with exceptional staff – highly recommended and we will definitely come back!
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were outstanding from check-in to check-out – always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Special thanks to the front desk team and the pool bar staff for their exceptional service. The hotel is clean, modern, in a perfect location near the beach, and the rooftop pool is fantastic. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

Buono.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e di fronte al mare. Poco rumorosa nonostante la posizione. Pulizia buona, bella piscina. Letto molto comodo

Cons:

Colazione nella struttura accanto con poche scelte. Odore di disinfettante nell’aria condizionata che da abbastanza fastidio

لا انصح به للعوائل
تم اختيار غرفه باطلاله على البحر ولا كان الاطلاله لا يمكن مشاهدة البحر من النوافذ
اما موظفين الخدمات تعاملهم ممتاز
الاستقبال سيئ جدا جدا و الاداره سيئه بالتعامل
تغريمي على اشياء لم ليس من اختصاصي لماذا في الارض بقعه مثال بسيط ..
يوجد كاس لم نجده …
وجميع الاشياء المذكوره غير صحيحه

Pleasant with a smile and welcome every time I left or returned to the hotel.
Pros:

Great location just a couple blocks up from Bangla Rd but also just a 12 minute walk to Patong Boxing stadium and of course just across the street from the beach though at the stretch where they let some businesses build on the beach so you have to walk several blocks out of the way to get to the beach. The good thing was that though there was a lot of traffic on the road and I had a balcony etc overlooking the main road, when the door to the balcony was closed it was pretty quiet despite all the high level of road and foot traffic. The "partial" sea view was very partial from the room but still I could see what to expect on the beach and hear the waves with the balcony doors open. The view was much better from the rooftop bar and pool.

Cons:

The rain which is of course not the hotel's fault but I had never been during the rainy season and got soaked every day. The hotel did a good job of constantly cleaning the floors from all the wet people were dragging in, but the one thing they might do better would be to have in a communal area a couple drying machines.

Ótima localização, piscina e café da manhã
Pros:

Localização excelente, em frente a praia de Patong. Muitas opções de bares e restaurantes nas redondezas, fizemos tudo a pé. Hotel com ótima estrutura e amenidades, quarto espaçoso e possui elevador. Área da piscina muito boa. O café da manhã é servido em parceria com um café próximo, muito bom!
