Nice room but expensive
Unfortunately had to cancel 1 out of 2 nights due to family emergency. No compassion, no options - 'you booked via Booking so it's your fault'. Room could have easilly been rented out as there was a hige concert in town, so disappointing. Had to wait 40 min to get a drink in the restaurant. main course never showed, so had to leave without food. Bath drain was broken so couldnt get the water out of it. We're regular bookers for Van der Valk but never have been so dissapointed (booked two nights for almost 700 euro!) - esp. because of the lack of service and understanding. Never book this one again....

Het is even wennen dat je een gezamenlijke koffie corner hebt op de 2de verdieping. Maar daar wordt je dan ook in alles voorzien.
Heb bij het hotel aangegeven dat het meenemen van een kop koffie in combinatie met het openen van je kamerdeur m.b.v. Je telefoon een uitdaging is…
