Velké očekávání, nakonec zklamání.
Pros:

Personál ochotný, pokoje čisté, tím pochvala končí.

Cons:

Kvalita snídaní velmi průměrná, objem nabízeného daného sortimentu vždy stačil pro 3-4 osoby, pak již chybělo a často bylo doplněno až na výzvu. Chápu obavy personálu, aby potraviny nezbývaly, ale snídaně by neměla být bojem o jídlo.
V pokojích chyběla lednice (ačkoliv skříňka na ni tam byla) i klimatizace, což ve vedrech, které panovaly, zásadně zhoršovalo komfort bydlení. Navíc v oknech nebyly ani sítě, což při nezbytném větrání vedlo k tomu, že do pokoje lítal hmyz. Argumentace personálu, že lednice chybí z ekologických důvodů, nás v roce 2026 neuspokojila, v **** hotelu bychom ji očekávali.
Navíc umístění pokoje v přízemí s výhledem na sousední plot a dům při otevřeném oknu chybělo soukromí a měli jsme i obavy, aby se k nám někdo v noci při otevřeném oknu do pokoje nepodíval. Navíc umístění pokoje vedle vchodu, kterým po 21.hod.do rána vstupovali všichni hosté, znepříjemňovalo kvalitu spánku. Tato místnost by místo pokoje měla být jen provozní místností.
Samotné vybavení pokoje při **** hotelu bylo velmi průměrné a odpovídalo spíše ***.
Jednou se nám stalo, že jsme přišli večer k neuzamčenému pokoji, který asi úklidová služba zapomněla zamknout.

Pobyt w tym hotelu uważam za bardzo udany. Byliśmy w konfiguracji 2+2 i pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, był idealny.
Plusy:
- duże i naprawdę wygodne łóżka
- spory rozmiar pokoju
- czystość
- osobne WC
- zasłony nie bezpośrednio przy oknie, lecz za fotelami, co daje możliwość oddzielenia części z łóżkami od części do np. posiedzenia czy poczytania
- smaczne śniadania
- kącik dla dzieci w sali śniadaniowej
- miły personel
- parking przy hotelu

Veoma lep hotel, u mirnom delu Graca, veoma uredan, odlično opremljen, sa veoma ljubaznim osobljem. Lokacija je odlična, ne treba da se koristi auto, gradski prevoz funkcioniše odlično. Takođe bi dodao odličan doručak, sa veoma raznovrsnom hranom. Parking je obezbeđen u dvorištu hotela.

Ništa loše ne mogu da napišem, sve je super.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

wir wurden herzlich empfangen und erhielten gleich alle wichtigen Informationen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und liebevoll ausgestattet und wir schliefen sehr gut.
Am Morgen wurden wir jeweils mit einem Frühstückbuffet verwöhnt, welches jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Und am Abend konnten wir unseren Schlummerdrunk im gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum geniessen. Auch ein Pluspunkt ist, dass man da am Automat jederzeit kühle Getränke zu günstigen Preise beziehen kann.
Dank der nahgelegener Bushaltestelle ist man auch sehr schnell in Graz und wieder zurück

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben leider keine Minibar/Kühlschrank, aber wir konnten unsere Produkte im Kühlschrank vom Hotel deponieren.

Goed hotel gelegen aan de Waltersdorferstrasse, een buitenwijk aan de oostkant van de stad. Ziet er goed en keurig uit. Hadden ruime kamer met de gebruikelijke standaarduitrusting dat ruim voldoende was.
Met OV bereikbaar. Met "Grazer Linien" tramlijnen 1, 3 en buslijn 60 vanaf het station (1) en de binnenstad. (3) en aansluitend bus 60.
