Çocuk yatağı yani çekyat hazırlanmıştı çok rahatsızdı gerçekten idare edilmeyecek derecedeydi. Otelin konumu merkeze yakın gibi fakat merkezden otele gitmek için rampa çıkmak zorundasiniz tüm günün yorgunluğuyla biraz zor olabiliyor mecburen toplu taşıma kullandık. Yakınlarda büyük market yoktu market için biraz yürümek gerekecek. Otelin ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü ana kapı her kapandığında tüm binadan duyuluyor olabilir. Birde ilk girişte ana kapının şifresini girer girmez kapıyı güclü bir şekilde ittirmek gerekiyor ilk seferinde biraz uğrastik. Bunlar için 5 puan kırdım. Eğer 2 yetişkin gelecekseniz bir kaç gün için fena sayılmaz.

What a terrible hotel. We arrived at Limehome Halová in Prague and everything went wrong from the start. The temperature in the room was literally around 1 degree. It was warmer outside than inside. On top of that, all the facilities that were supposed to be included according to the description were missing.
The first night we immediately noticed how extremely cold it was. It was so cold that I had to go to the bathroom wearing my coat. Because it was unbearable, we contacted the staff (there is no reception at this hotel). The employee told us we could take extra blankets from the closet, but there wasn’t even a closet in our room. Then we were told to go to another room to get blankets. We asked if we could just stay in that room instead, but that was not possible.
What was especially shocking: there was absolutely no help from the staff. They didn’t think along with us, offered no solution, and basically left us to deal with it ourselves. Despite contacting them multiple times, it remained nothing but empty words.
Long story short: my husband and I both got seriously ill because of the cold. The next day my husband had a fever of 39.8°C. The staff did absolutely nothing. We were not given another room, no solution, only a “sorry.” They sounded concerned, but that was all it was.
We were also promised compensation, but in the end we received absolutely nothing. No form of compensation whatsoever, even though the situation was completely unacceptable.
The heating did not work, not even on the second day. We had no hot water, no safe, no room service—nothing at all. The room was also very dirty; you could clearly see footprints from previous guests.
In the end, we only had a horrible experience. We went to Prague and returned home sick and disappointed. Absolutely ridiculous. How do these people dare to call themselves a 4-star hotel?

Le longueur fait croire que le wifi est en réparation alors qu'il l'a résilié depuis des mois! C'est problématique car la 5G ne passe pas bien (et encore moins la 4G) et ce mensonge est très handicapant avec des ados....De plus le canapé-lit n'est pas très confortable et vraiment bruyant.

I reserved the room for 3 people, but the sofa bed was so hard (at the level that it was hurting my back). So I switched with my son, which slept in the bed, and I tried to sleep in the sofa bed. It was so painful that at some point I decided to put the blankets in the floor and sleep there. I should give a 0 because of this, but I'd rather give a proper report of everything.
Also the Internet was not working for the full stay. They said that the rooms are automatically assigned, so I was unlucky to get that awful sofa bed. They should take this matter at serious, and they did not when I reported.

Leider gab es während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts kein WLAN. Es wurde aber im Vorfeld angekündigt, dass es diesbzgl. Wartungsarbeiten gibt und es zu Störungen kommen kann.
Aber leider hatten wir während der wenigen Tage Aufenthalt gar kein Internet.
