It was okay
Pros:

Functional - everything worked

Cons:

The apartment itself was fine, but staff entered my room twice during my stay while it was occupied. This made me feel uncomfortable and affected my sense of privacy and security. Despite reporting the issue, no clear resolution was provided during my stay.

Pros:

Location and the facilities are good.

Cons:

They are super non responsive. First of all, there are multiple blocks. So, their application does not really tell you in which block is your room. I arrived and had a very important call and could not find my room. I wrote them on Whatsapp and it took forever to get a reply from them. In the room, I got two shower towel for 4 nights (for two persons). I wrote to them to change them after two nights. They said okay but never did. Then, on the following day, I wrote to them again and that time, they said that oh, you have to book for 28(!) nights to get room service but promised to still change the towels but still never did. Me and my partner were using the same towels for 4 nights and fifth morning. So, yeah, if you value hygiene, do not go here.

Хорошее местоположение, обслуживающий персонал.

Cons:

Мы были здесь второй раз.
В первый раз всё понравилось, поэтому вернусь.
Но нас ждал неприятный сюрприз.
Мы не получили Номер, который заказали.
Вместо этого мы получили уставший очень неуютный чердак, без окон,, кроме того чтобы добраться до кровати, нужно было взорваться по крутой и неудобной лестнице.
Мы обратились к администрации, чтобы нам поменяли Номер, потому что мы заказывали совсем другой.
На что получили отказ. Нам сказали, что свободных номеров нашей категории нет.
Хотя на сайте, при заказе номера, чётко видно, что ты должен получить.
Иногда бывает, что есть несколько номеров по одной цене и несколько фотографий. В данном случае каждый номер имеет свою цену и иллюстрацию.
Было очень неприятно, остался неприятный осадок на весь отпуск.
Возвращаться туда желание отпало.

Amazing stay in Prague
Pros:

Amazing stay in Prague, very close to lots of attractions. The room was great, very comfortable, good size, the bathroom was big, very clean. Had an amazing time there.
