La atención
Dentro de la habitación se escuchaba mucho el exterior.
La atención excelente, se esmeran mucho en prestar un gran servicio. También me gustó el tema del hotel y la música ambiente en inglés.
Lo único es la vía de acceso que no es asfaltada, pero igual es transitable.

Nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada. El principal problema fue el calor en las habitaciones: los ventiladores tienen una sola velocidad y es muy baja, por lo que la noche fue bastante incómoda y difícil para descansar.
Adicionalmente, no había agua caliente en las duchas ni nevera en la habitación. Al llegar también tuvimos varios inconvenientes con el cambio de habitación: primero nos instalaron en una diferente, luego nos indicaron que debíamos regresar a la inicialmente asignada, donde el seguro de la ventana no funcionaba, y finalmente volvieron a cambiarnos. Considero que deberían mejorar principalmente la ventilación y las condiciones de las habitaciones.
Las instalacionea bien cuidadas, la piscina nececita maa mantenimiento, el servicio de restaurante el segundo dia nos fallo porque avisamoa un dia antes que ibamos a cenar ahi y el cocinero tubo otras obligacionea y el anditrion se esforzo por ayudarnos y cocinarnos lo que a bien el pudo con lo poco que habia, pero no estaba rico, y el conro ai fue completo.. El anfitrion se esfuerza por atender bien. Un buen detalle fue que nos dieron una habitacion maa amplia
La carreyerra de acceso se desvia de la pricipal por la via antigua de entrada a villeta y ea una despavimentada en muy mal estado
La atención del personal, estuvieron muy atentos a los que necesitábamos, además que íbamos con una bebé y nos ayudaron muchísimo

The location of the hotel is wonderful and the hosts (George has Perfect English!) were so accommodating along with all the staff even for the early morning cups of Tinto and English tea! If you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind then I definitely recommend this hotel it's also not that far from the town center, oh and it is so worth a wonder at dawn break to listen to all the birds wake up, certain memories stay with you, I also made some new friends and max (the dog) was one of them!🐕
We had 2 rooms one was very nice the other needed a little bit of TLC (tender loving care) no place to hang anything at all! Furniture was in need of updating and only cold water in the shower! But please don't let this review put you off, regardless it is still worth a visit... 😉
At the time we visited there were problems with the Internet so make sure you have enough data should you need it just in case!
Un lugar muy lindo, es muy amplio buenos parqueaderos ....Fácil llegada, la vía de acceso es destapada pero en buena condición normal de una vía veredal, un lugar muy tranquilo lleno de vegetación y sonido de aves. La atención de Vivi y Jorge muy gentiles, amables. Un ambiente muy agradable, camas cómodas.
La atención fue excelente. Muy amables, siempre dispuestos a atendernos.
El desayuno es delicioso, la vista en la piscina del atardecer es hermosa, el señor jorge y la señora viviana son muy buenas personas, nos atendieron muy bien, hay parqueadero y diferentes juegos de mesa
El lugar es muy amplio y el personal es increíble!

La atención de Jorge y Viviana es excelente, están muy atentos a sus huéspedes, además tienen el espacio muy bien cuidado, es muy tranquilo y en el lugar pasan muchos tipos de aves, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver
