We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend some time in Sao Caetano. It is right across the street from the mall so super convenient location, with a good size supermarket. The staff is 100%. They were so professional and friendly and very accommodating to all our needs every single time. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view. Pretty much everyone spoke English. Breakfast was wonderful every morning.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like is the staff that cleaned our room was not very thorough. They didn’t clean much of anything, but we’re only quick to remove our room card so our AC would turn off. Once we talked to the guy at the reception, the problem was fixed. He said we could keep the room at the temperature we wanted it all day.

Check-in process: There seems to be an issue with Booking.com integration or staff training. They put me in a double room while I booked a triple room: couple + 3yo child, then tried to sell me an upgrade to put me in the room I booked!
