Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time here.
Pros:

Overall, I would give this hotel 4.5/5. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was good, especially the Pho. Just make sure to check the pamphlets on the table for the additional breakfast options, as most of the buffet choices were fried foods such as fried potatoes and fried noodles.

Cons:

The basement breakfast area had a slight sewage smell, and there were some stains around the bathroom area.
One suggestion would be to have a small egg station where guests can order fried eggs to their preference. It would add a fresh option to the breakfast and might also help make the breakfast area feel more pleasant.

La camera era molto rumorosa, il bagno non proprio funzionale e la colazione pessima - servita in un ristorante molto piccolo e molto sporco sotto all’hotel, con scelta molto molto limitata.

Cozy boutique hotel with exceptional staff in a very central location.
Pros:

Th location, the service and most especially the staff. A big shout out to Happy who made us truly feel well taken cared of. And Blue who was very efficient with taking care of some issues at check in.

Cons:

The air condition took time to cool down the room.

Pros:

The location and service is fantastic, but the photos are a bit catfish-y, it’s quite an older property. For the price I would rather stay somewhere newer and more maintained.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been improved especially the bathroom. The shower head had a mind of its own, plus they have shower curtains. The toilet water pressure was also a bit slow
