Fridge didn't work (short of gas), light not working in kitchen, toilet down stairs with no seat and leaked when flushed all over the floor, air conditioners not cleaned, no clothes airer to hang washing, lounge musty and made downstairs area smell.musty, upstairs must and stank, towels threadbear, no smoke detectors,.

Location was convenient

Cons:

No water !! Evidently it’s a common occurrence and we were not warned . So no water to flush toilets or shower, just plastic bottles left about the apartment of water to use to wash and not enough to flush any toilets. Apartment in poor condition and obviously never enough water to clean it well. Cleaner was very apologetic and did her best with the situation.

Cons:

The place was dirty, the sheets were yellow and were a lot of hair from different people around the place. The shower curtain was moldy. There is not parking, we spent a lot of time to find parking close to the apartment. The WiFi and the fridge weren't working and a lot of things were broken like the sofa, doors.....

Overall not a great experience
Pros:

1. It's really close to the downtown.
2. The place was clean.

Cons:

1. The AC was not working in one of the rooms, and the host offered to send the cleaning lady over to check even though they were aware of the issue beforehand.
2. The big fridge did not work, and we were forced to use the mini-fridge, which was too small for multiple people.
3. Some of the doors were not properly closing all the way.
4. The electricity panel had some issues. It went out of power when we tried to shower while also using the hair dryer.
5. The host was not willing to provide an invoice when requested.

Great value for money, good location. We booked as we needed somewhere to stay for a few hours before a late flight, and this was ideal. Basic, but clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Plenty of space and bedding for 8 people for one night. Cleaning staff we spoke to were friendly.

Cons:

Limited facilities eg for cooking. Air conditioner leaked onto a bed, some maintenance could be done eg doors sticking. Washing machine didn’t seem to work.
