wat we verwachtten vonden we hier
Pros:

strand: prima, ruimte genoeg en niet te druk. te voet 10 minuten lopen vanaf hotel. helaas geen douches
zwembad: klein maar goed om even af te koelen.
kamer: goed toeven. met balkon en zitjes
personeel: erg behulpzaam. vriendelijk en gastvrij
ligging: erg rustig

voor ons verblijf van een week zijn er geen min punten

Pros:

Een fijne, rustige plek in het drukke Phuket. Bon, de gastheer geeft goede tips, is ontzettend vriendelijk denkt mee en helpt je graag.

Idealne miejsce dla osób ceniących spokój
Pros:

Personel- obiekt sam w sobie jest świetny, ale jego największą siłą są ludzie. Bon pomógł nam w wielu sytuacjach, również dzięki jego rekomendacjom trafiliśmy do restauracji Nana Kitchen, gdzie jedliśmy absolutnie najlepsze dania podczas całego 3-tygodniowego pobytu w Tajlandii.
Czystość- zdecydowanie najwyższy poziom. Pozostałe hotele, w których się zatrzymaliśmy podczas podróży, powinny brać przykład.
Lokalizacja- blisko plaży i restauracji, ale jednocześnie odizolowany od hałasu
Spokój- hotel jest bardzo kameralny

Чисто, уютно, просторно и супер персонал!
Pros:

1. Администратор отеля - сама любезность и доброжелательность. Он искренне рад помочь и услужить. Очень приятно. Чемоданы с готовностью и поднял на 2 этаж и спустил. 2. Чистые просторные номера с балконом. 3. Во дворе небольшой бассейн.

Cons:

До пляжа минут 8. Надо перейти оживленную трассу. Но это мелочь.

Bra och prisvärt.
Pros:

Läget var perfekt. Mr Bon som tog emot var hjälpsam, trevlig och hade tips på restauranger i närområdet. Vi bodde i rum med pool i anslutning. Välstädat!

Cons:

Inget då vi visste att de inte serverade frukost. Bageri i närheten med olika frukostmenyer.

Hôtel parfait pour nous
Pros:

Tous l'accueil de "bon" était vraiment super
Très gentil et serviable vraiment aux petits soins pour ces clients
La chambre était parfaite nous avions celle avec accès piscines des bouteilles d'eau chaque jour
La piscine était très agréable pour se rafraîchir car un peu à l'ombre l'après midi
Emplacement parfait et assez calme à 5 min à pieds de la plage

great location, near all shops, but away from the noise. Bon, our host, was incredible. we arrived late and he wait for my wife and me, with a beverage and very good tips. room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful host and room
Pros:

We loved our stay! The room was very clean and was actually better than the photos. A huge thanks to the owner/receptionist who was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations for the area and providing excellent service.

Cons:

You have to cross a very busy main road to reach the beach and most of the restaurants. Also, the pool area is in the shadow most day and, but it didn't bother us as we were prepared for it.

Perfect, our first time in Kamala & the Unbrella House made it memorable.
Pros:

Great location near shops but only a 8min walk to the lovely sandy beach. Property was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, beach towels supplied as was tea/coffee & water. We had a great balcony with a lovely view. Ben our host was polite, helpful & knowledgeable. Property modern well decorated & you felt very safe.
Perfect stay for us.

Cons:

Everything was great, yes there were stairs to our room as we were on the 3rd floor but it was our bit of fitness & wasn’t a problem for us.

The Umbrella House come una seconda casa!
Pros:

Accoglienza top! Ben, il gestore dell’hotel, è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta o dubbio. Ci ha persino dato la disponibilità di lasciare le valigie in hotel al momento del check out mentre noi abbiamo avuto la possibilità di goderci un’ultima mattina a mare a Kamala Beach. Stanza bella (avevamo quella a bordo piscina), pulitissima e posizione ottima. Se dovessimo capitare da queste parti torneremo sicuramente!
