Spacious room, clean, great area
Pros:

Really spacious room. I liked the open bathroom layout as a door usually gets in the way. Felt very clean and had TWO desks/plenty of table room. Lots of lounge area and work tables on the main floor with outlets. Nice staff. V close to MTA station and a lot of LIC food options/luxury buildings, so felt safe.

Cons:

Not really a complaint but I wish there was liquid hand soap.

Short and sweet stay. Great location for getting around and very kind staff.
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff and comfortable room. They allowed us check in as early as 11AM which for me was fantastic. They were very flexible.

The rooms are just beautifully designed - from the place-out shades to the climate controls to the comfy bed. And I loved the view of Manhattan!

I love the attentiveness and patience of the staff. The room was cozy but THE STAFF!!!!

Cons:

The rooms could use usb-c to c charging in the rooms. Outside of that I had no issues

Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location, great neighborhood.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have had an additional layer of security, such as needing to use the room key in the elevator to access the floors with the rooms.

Cons:

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable hurt my back. Towels were thin. A/C was very noisy. Color of the hallway was dismal and the orange and grey room was not relaxing. Had a bad vibe.

I wish I could have stayed another day just to explore the area.
Pros:

I thought I read for 10 additional USD breakfast was included. I ws looking at so many hotels I could have mistaken it for another hotel. I had breakfast outside the hotel. The rows clean and love love loved the roof top. The location was excellent for both bus and train.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Overall the stay was good. I just wish the rooms were a bit bigger and the shower pressure was too low.
