We will be back when the Victory sees the light of day after her major refurbishment
Pros:

Its location close to all the main attractions and secure car parking made it a great destination.
And let’s not forget the full English breakfast which kept us going until a lunchtime beer.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, nous le recommandons vivement.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans Portsmouth. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. La salle de petit-déjeuner est agréable. De plus le parking est gratuit et sécurisé.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre assez petite donc le lit est de taille 140, seul bémol à notre séjour.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. L'emplacement près des docks historiques. Petit déjeuner parfait. Propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Le ventilateur de la salle de bain assez bruyant. Peu de rangement.

I enjoyed my stay in Portsmouth and was able to visit the main tourist attractions.
Pros:

So convenient for shops, historic dockyards, travel. A small but comfortable and clean room. Ample space in the hotel car park (remember to display ticket from reception, and the park is locked after 11pm, opened at 8am). The night porter was very helpful and all staff were welcoming. I enjoyed a full vegetarian breakfast with cereal and fruit also available. I had a single room to the rear of the hotel. Rooms at the front might have been a bit noisy at night, but it was a good natured crowd!

Cons:

I could not think of anything to write here. The Ship Leopard was ideal for a brief visit to Portsmouth.
