Prachtig hotel op een geweldige locatie
Pros:

De locatie, je zit middenin het oude centrum. Je kunt alle kanten oplopen en binnen 10 minuten ben je waar je wilt zijn. Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid en heerlijk. Personeel was vriendelijk! Eigenlijk niks te klagen!

Beleving en service op een schaal die booking niet ondersteund.
Pros:

We deden deze boeking nogal last minute, de avond voordat we incheckte bij het hotel. De eerste communicatie via de mail was al direct opvallend warm en heel vriendelijk.

Bij aankomst werden we heel warm ontvangen door al het personeel. Onze kamers waren nog niet gereed omdat we in de ochtend aankwamen, maar er werd hard gewerkt om dit gereed te krijgen. Tijdens de Incheck procedure nam receptioniste Anna Nhu ons mee naar de lobby, waar we ontspannen konden zitten terwijl Anna ons meenam door het hele incheck proces. Ze heeft onze contact gegevens opgenomen en onze wensen besproken. We regelden direct een tour met haar en ze adviseerde ons de juiste tour, vervoer en kans op het beste weer. Elke dag ontvingen we van Anna een bericht of alles nog naar wens was en hoe ze ons verblijf de beste beleving kon bezorgen. Een beleving is het absoluut. Dit is hoe royals zich moeten voelen, De details in de persoonlijke aandacht en zorg voor ons was echt “above and beyond”.

Er zijn geen woorden om te beschrijven hoe goed Anna Nhu alles voor ons heeft gedaan en geregeld. Je kunt in booking een 10 scoren maar deze beleving was zeker een 17 waard. Dank van de travel buddy’s Daniel en Alex

Niet alleen Anna was super behulpzaam maar ook de jongens aan de deur en de bediening in het restaurant. Super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en niets was te gek. Dit hotel is voor de beleving een no brainer, gewoon boeken! Het is het waard.

Premium experience with amazing staff, clean rooms and nice facilities
Pros:

The facilities are amazing, the staff (especially MR EZ) are so friendly and eager to help. Mr EZ helped recommend and facilitate so many activities around old quarter.

The breakfast was lovely and it had a fantastic view. Airport transport was smooth.

I had such a lovely stay at Champton Hotel! The staff made my stay feel extra special, especially as it was my birthday. They surprised me with a little birthday cake and decorated my room, which was honestly so sweet and such a lovely touch.

Everyone was so helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and they really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience.

special shoutout to Maili, Charlotte and Hima for being so lovely, friendly and helpful during my stay. They really made me feel welcome.

I’d definitely recommend Champton Hotel and would happily stay here again!
