Prima hotel met excellent personeel in oude stadscentrum.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk bed en kussen, airco, goede ligging, uitgebreid ontbijt, zwembad.

Cons:

Beetje krap aan het zwembad (twee zeteltjes) maar je kan wel aan bar erboven zitten.

Great stay here, looked after by Mali and other kin staff. Lovely breakfasts, comfy beds. On our final day we were getting a bus at 7pm and were allowed to store our luggage in the lobby after check out til 6pm which allowed us to travel Hanoi. When we got back to the hotel we were offered showers before our bus which was a really kind gesture. We forget a pair of sunglasses in the changing area and one of the hotel staff Anthony drove down to drop the glasses off to us before we boarded the bus! Thank you!

Lobby is under construction at the moment that we were unaware of prior to booking

Parfait sur toute la ligne!

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, la qualité et la variété du petit déjeuner. C’était un vrai délice chaque matin. Et que dire de la gentillesse de tout le personnel! Ils sont si aimables et aidants, toujours prêts à rendre service. Nous sommes allés à pied au lac Hoan Kiem qui etait une zone piétonne pour le week-end et au marché de nuit à pied également. Maili nous a aidés pour réserver notre premier Grab lorsque nous voulions aller plus loin. ATM l’autre côté de la rue, plein de magasins etc. Le matelas du lit est trop confortable, nous avons si bien dormi, très bien insonorisé. Nous n’avions pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et c’était parfait pour nous car il faisait noir pour dormir lorsque le soleil était levé. Nous avons adoré la vue sur le toit et la piscine, même si elle est petite. Pour nous, ce fut un séjour parfait ! Merci encore à toute la si gentille équipe.

Skip this hotel for now till the renovation is done.

Location is good , near to train street and cathedral. Many small shops and food shops.

Cons:

Booked a airport transfer to hotel from the hotel. The car was average type and driver was bad. This hotel's lobby is under renovation. Inconvenice checking in. I am staying in room 801, the shower sliding door is not working properly. Beds are very soft. When was reviewing this hotel , it was 5 stars, but it don't feel like it. Sad

Pros:

The hotel was absolutely good. The housekeeping staffs and reception staffs especially Charlotte wqs so good, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommended. I would definitely comeback for my next trip. Cheers guys

Can’t wait to be back
Pros:

The location, breakfast choice (the custard pastry was incredible!) and staff especially Charlotte, Alex and Ez also The breakfast crew. Wonderful, kind and nothing was too much. Made my birthday special. Gave us an upgrade and even moved us to another room immediately when the ac wouldn’t cool in the middle of the night.
