The staff were sensational. They truly made our stay so welcoming and so enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and wonderfully setup for us. We had the family interconnection rooms for 5 people and it was wonderful. The location was perfect! A short walk to the lake and all the best places to eat in the Old Quarter. If we came back to Hanoi, I would stay again. Breakfast was great! Had all the things we could want with great variety and attentive staff. Our kids especially loved the rooftop pool and although it was quite small, we were the only ones there. We were located at the back of the building and it was quiet and easy to get a good night sleep. We had an exceptional time.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like except the hallways could be a little noisy with other guests and sometimes staff cleaning rooms early in the morning. Lucky for us, we are early risers anyway. We’d happily return and request the same rooms again.

We recently stayed at the Champton Hotel Hanoi and could not have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout our stay.

The hotel itself was spotless, with beautifully clean and comfortable rooms that were serviced to a very high standard each day. The location was also fantastic — perfectly situated to explore Hanoi, with so many attractions, shops, and restaurants close by.

What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail made our holiday even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend the Champton Hotel Hanoi to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay there again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Pool was a little cold but that's okay as I'm too spoilt with warmer water.

Emplacement , accueil de Ez, petit déjeuner très bonne qualité, chambre très confortable . Très réactif . Prêt à aider pour tout .

Cons:

Le spa est bien mais sans plus: les masseuses sont de bonnes masseuses mais rien d extraordinaire et surtout un prix exorbitant pour Hanoï
