Pros:

We kwamen veel te vroeg aan vanuit een lange nachtbus We werden meteen vriendelijk verwelkomd door het personeel. De kamers waren nog niet klaar, maar we mochten al wel gebruik maken van het zwembad. Dat was erg fijn. We hadden een kamer geboekt met een tweepersoonsbed, maar werden geüpgraded naar een kamer met twee losse bedden. Precies onze voorkeur. De kamer was erg schoon en het ontbijt was erg lekker en we hadden veel keuze.

Personal excepcional
Pros:

Queremos subrayar la amabilidad y atención del personal del hotel. Especialmente a Charlotte por el trato tan excepcional que ha tenido con nosotros. Desde el primer momento fue increíblemente amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo.

Tuvimos un problema con nuestros billetes de autobús y no dudó en implicarse personalmente: llamó por nosotros, hizo todo lo posible para resolver la situación y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien. Se preocupó de verdad por nosotros y eso es algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando estás viajando.

Su profesionalidad, cercanía y amabilidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera mucho mejor. Personas como ella marcan la diferencia y son una de las razones por las que recomendaríamos este hotel sin dudarlo. ¡Muchísimas gracias por toda tu ayuda!

Je m'attendais à un service digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, et je n'ai pas été déçu.
Pros:

Très satisfait de mon séjour. Le personnel est adorable, très bienveillant et toujours prêt à aider.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de tester le petit-déjeuner moi-même, mais ma copine l'a beaucoup apprécié.
L'hôtel dispose également d'un rooftop avec une piscine et un bar, ce qui est toujours un vrai plus pour se détendre en fin de journée.
Il est idéalement situé, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la célèbre Train Street de Hanoï, un lieu incontournable de la ville. Le lac, les boutiques et une agence VPBank, réputée pour permettre des retraits sans frais avec de nombreuses cartes bancaires internationales, sont également à proximité.

Cons:

Malheureusement, je suis venu pendant des travaux de rénovation à la réception, ce qui était un peu dommage.
Le Wi-Fi laisse à désirer. J'espère qu'il sera amélioré prochainement.

Gerade wird der Eingang renoviert, aber sind bald fertig und wir haben nicht viel von dem Baulärm mitbekommen.
