Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the hotel was spotless, and the spa facilities were excellent. Our room was comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and everything was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t heated, so it was a bit too cold to fully enjoy.
Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

لم اكرر الزياره لان سعر المبيت لايستحق هذا المبلغ

تعامل الموظفين جيد ويحرص على خدمتك

التكييف سيء جدا بسبب عدم الصيانه ومن الواضح غبار داخل المكيف
حساس التبريد لايعمل بشكل جيد
يشتغل حتى يصل إلى بروده ثم ينطفا التكييف بالكامل
وعند نزول درجه حراره الغرفه يشتغل مره اخرى
صوت التشغيل عالي ودرجه حراره الغرفه متغيره بشكل كبير

The hotel was tidy and very clean. The breakfast was varied and offered a great selection. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. The hotel also has an outdoor restaurant overlooking the river, serving meals throughout the day. The location of the hotel is excellent. One of the reception staff who work in a honey shop at the hotel recommended that we visit Malak Farm, and I highly recommend it as well. It is a beautiful farm located on top of a mountain, with a wide variety of plants, animals, and many other attractions. It is definitely worth a visit.
