Отличный отель, а летом перед отелем искусственное озеро, вид на горы
Pros:

Хороший отель, завтрак просто космический, похож на полноценный обед и всё вкусно.
Отличное расположение, персонал дружелюбный и радушный.
Да и в целом - Босния 🇧🇦 и боснийцы рады гостю, куда бы ты не приехал! но этот отель твердо соответствует статусу 5 🌟

Cons:

Кто-то пишет что в отеле нет алкоголя, но для нас, отсутствие алкоголя минусом не является, скорее наоборот плюс

إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس. الفندق نظيف وهادئ، والموظفون محترمون ومتعاونون، والموقع ممتاز. كانت التجربة مريحة وسلسة، وبالتاكيد برجع ل هذا الفندق مرة اخرى عند زيارتي القادمة.

Lady with hijab in reception was excellent, very welcoming and helpful with all our queries.
Pros:

The rooms were large, spacious, clean and comfortable.
Bathrooms were well presented.

Cons:

For a five star hotel the only shower products was a body & hair wash single tube on the shower.
No conditioner, no lotions, no sanitary items.
The spa facility did not have any water drinking facility,
no staff or way of booking a massage/ treatment.
