Amazing staff, wonderful rooms, great hospitality
Pros:

The hospitality was the best I have received, and I travel a lot so this really means something. Hamida and suliman, and all other staff went above and beyond and treat you like family. The rooms were clean, very spacious for a family of five (three teenagers). The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful in organising excursions and giving advice too. Overall an excellent stay.

We loved everything!!
Pros:

It has an amazing view, we loved the decoration and the staff were great. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, if you go with family you can all share a room and with a lot of space. The breakfast is very good too!

Días inolvidables en Kapadokya!!
Pros:

Una experiencia espectacular. El día que llegamos al hotel podíamos entrar hasta las 2 de la tarde y llegamos a las 9 de la mañana. Ahí mismo nos dieron habitación y además nos dejaron desayunar. La gente del hotel, desde la recepción, las cocineras y los dueños que personas más entrañables y amorosas. Pendientes de todo lo que necesitaramos. Las habitaciones divinas, decoradas con un gusto impecable, cómodas y además con vista al valle de kapadokya , se puede ver los globos desde ahí. Nuestra estancia fue espectacular, nos sentimos como en casa todo el tiempo. Éramos un grupo de 19 personas con niños y el personal del hotel estuvo atento a atendernos hasta el último minuto. Nos pusieron el buffet desde las 7:00 am el día que salíamos para que pudiéramos irnos desayunados. De verdad lo recomiendo 100%.

Bemerkenswert! Wenn Urlaub in Kappadokien, dann das Kistar Hotel!
Pros:

Einfach alles. Ein liebevolles geführtes Hotel. Das Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Innengestaltung ist sehr hübsch gemacht. Ein erstklassiges Frühstück. Hamida vom Empfang hat uns wirklich alles gezeigt und erklärt. Eine absolute Top Empfehlung. Der Ort Uchisar ist im Gegensatz zu Göreme etwas ruhiger, aber immer noch lebhaft genug.

Perfect Uchisar choice
Pros:

This is a phenomenal property in the best location. Uchisar is charming. Away from the business of Goreme, but still very accessible, We walked the Pigeon Valley to Goreme on the first day. The views of the lit up sandstone at night was amazing. The family cave suite was perfect. The front desk employee gave us a detailed itinerary for our day-trip of the area. Breakfast was amazing. You will not regret this choice

Nice vacation stay with minor inconveniences
Pros:

Super friendly staff, huge room with nice view, really delicious breakfast, nice & photogenic interior design with good artistic taste

Cons:

All doors/windows inside the room are a little distorted and hard to close/lock; toilets become smelly the next day (maybe due to old plumbing?); no elevator, we had to haul our suitcases down and up 3 floors.

LA MEJOR ATENCION DEL VIAJE!!
Pros:

La atencion es espectacular!! nos armaron los recorridos por dia desde la recepcion del hotel, nos ayudaron con el tema del paseo en globo, hasta nos regalaron unas delicatesens turcas antes de irnos, Lo mejor del hotel, la gente que lo atiende!!!
La cocinera nos traia a la mesa cosas especiales que hacia para el desayuno.
Un mimo total!!!

An unforgettable stay with stunning views, exceptional service, and a truly unique cave hotel experience.
Pros:

A very beautiful and unique hotel with rooms inside a large cave. The room was clean, spacious, and felt luxurious. The view facing the hills was stunning, especially at night when the lights on the surrounding mountains and caves were turned on.

Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Hamidah, who assisted us with information and booking the hot air balloon.

Our room for 5 people had 2 bathrooms, both very large and beautifully designed. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

este hotel deben de subirlo de categoría a 4 estrellas fue todo espectacular.

La ubicación del hotel mejor imposible, tenía unas vistas preciosas desde el balcón de la habitación al Valle Pasabag y al
Castillo uchisar, el desayuno fue el mejor de los 6 Hoteles en los que estuve por mi recorrido en Turquía. La atención del personal del Hotel fue como sentirse en familia, personas preocupadas por nuestro retorno ya que las carreteras estaban nevadas y era peligroso, la chica de la recepción del pelo rizo no recuerdo su nombre es encantadora nos regaló una caja de dulces antes de irnos, hablaba un inglés perfecto y en Whatapp hacía el intento por escribirnos en español, este Hotel deberían subirlo de categoría, cuando vuelva a Capadoccia no dudaré en volver alojarme ahí.
