Превосходный отель во всех отношениях!
Pros:

Превосходно! Персонал любезен, в номере реально чисто, «лаунж», его наполнение и персонал, превосходные.
Хамам и процедуры супер!

Cons:

Температура воды в открытом бассейне 23 градуса (по информации на доске от персонала) не всем комфортно.

After a very long plane trip, they welcomed us and made us comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the bar had delicious snacks and drinks.

Cons:

It was further away from the cultural sites than I had hoped and there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity.

The room was actually even more beautiful and spacious than it appeared in the photos, with stunning panoramic city views from the 31st floor.

The food and beverage offerings in the Fairmont Gold Lounge were very good, especially the afternoon tea and Happy Hour selections.

While we enjoyed the food, what we appreciated most was the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful city views from the lounge.

Bardzo dobry hotel, znakomita obsługa, pyszne śniadania i fantastyczny widok z pokoju.

Fantastic hotel, rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool as it wasn’t open yet but that also looked great.

The staff were exceptional, we stayed for my husband’s birthday and the staff in the club lounge went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Cons:

Nothing - only tiny thing I can think of is that they only leave one regular and one decaf nespresso pod in the room each day, which doesn’t work for two people (who don’t drink decaf). But to be fair I’m sure they would’ve brought more had we asked!

Det var fint och personalen trevlig

Cons:

Jag hade förväntat mig ett större spa och mer en bara en pool inne i spat. Det hade också varit trevligt om man fick besöka baren på våning 15 utan guld tillägget. Rummen var fina och städade men det var en del damm på sänggaveln. Handdukarna vid utomhuspoolen borde bytas ut till nyare och en fräschare färg som tex beige. Det hade passat hotellets lyx och helhet mer.

الغرفة نظيفة وذكية بحيث يمكن التحكم بجميع ما تحتاج من اضاءة وتحريك الستائر بلمسه واحدة.
البوفيه الصباحي جميل جداً وتعامل الموظفين راقي.

Cons:

حجزي كان على غرفة سكاي لايت، ولاكن عند إسلام الغرفة تفاجأت بغرفة في الدور 23 بدلاً من الأدوار الأخيرة 32-34. وعند إصراري بتغيير الغرفة أفادوني ان لا يمكن تغيير الغرفة إلى في اليوم الثاني من الحجز لانشغال الغرفة.

عند تغيير الغرفة في اليوم الثاني لم أتمكن من استلام مفاتيح الغرفة لخلل في النظام حيث كل ما احتجت اطلع الغرفة يطلع معاي موظف يفتح الباب.

بخصوص بوفية الإفطار ريحة الطبخ يمكن شمها من طولات الاكل مما يأثر برائحة الملابس.
