The overall design of the hotel, the lounge areas, Spa, pool and bedrooms were modern and classy. The room size was generous with the most amazing view! Our requests regarding pillows and extra comforts were honored and appreciated. The gold lounge was brilliant! We loved the snacks and evening meals on offer. Seven and Said were so professional and courteous and we enjoyed our conversations with them. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were also very accommodating. Sema was particularly kind to our toddler on one occasion where she was upset! The staff at the spa were also so kind, helpful and professional.
The location is a bit far from the old city, which is a consideration when planning an Itinerary. There are entertainment and shopping options within 2km, but not much in easy walking distance from the hotel.
I didn't appreciate being charged for breakfast room service considering we had breakfast included in our room rate. We had a few early mornings but had to pay to have a breakfast in our room on those days. To be honest, this is among the very first 5* hotels we've stayed at with this policy. I did converse with other guests who expressed the same.

They have valet parking with extra money be careful for that . They put a sign which is not clear for me then i enforced to pay for that .
The Positives
* Property & Rooms: The hotel is relatively new. Rooms are beautifully designed, offer great views, and smell pleasant.
* In-Room Technology: Rooms feature high-quality TVs that allow guests to play their own content—a convenient amenity that is surprisingly rare even in high-end luxury hotels.
* Staff Service: The front-of-house staff is polite, helpful, and speaks English reasonably well.

Areas for Improvement
1. Facility Misrepresentation & Pool Issues
* Outdoor Pool Closure: The primary reason for booking this hotel was the outdoor pool. Despite emailing 24 hours prior to arrival and receiving explicit confirmation that it would be open, when visiting the pool I was informed that swimming is not allowed due to "maintenance" for the duration of my stay. No actual maintenance work was visible. Had they answered my question correctly just the day before arrival, I would have booked another hotel. I find it unlikely that the pool just so happened to close exactly on the day of my arrival, more likely the staff member who responded to my email did not care to check if the pool is open before responding.
* Indoor Pool Temperature: The indoor pool area is visually appealing, but the water temperature was falsely advertised. While the entry sign stated 28 degrees Celsius, the water was very cold and poorly heated—an issue noted by multiple guests in online reviews.
* Service Recovery: To their credit, management arranged complimentary transport to the Raffles hotel to use their outdoor pool. However, due to Istanbul rush hour traffic, the 5-minute return trip took 40 minutes, which disrupted our schedule.
2. Housekeeping & Internal Communication
* Detail Cleaning: While the rooms appeared clean on the surface, there is a lack of attention to detail. Visible areas are clean, but hidden corners and spaces behind the curtains showed accumulated dust.
* Department Coordination: Internal communication between reception and housekeeping is inefficient. We requested room cleaning upon leaving the hotel for three hours. When we returned, the room had not been touched, and the housekeeper only arrived to clean once we were back in the room, making the timing inconvenient.
