We loved our stay at Fairmont Istanbul. The food was excellent — fresh pastries, delicious grilled meats, and tasty local mezes. Everything was well-prepared and flavorful.
But the real highlight was our waiter, Bilal. He was super attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. Made our meals even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend! Will come back.

The hotel is very clean and the room very big and very nicely classified between the dressing and shower bathroom and the bed I like it
The staff were very welcoming especially at check in and at breakfast all of the staff were very helpful I remember one staff member called sema was so nice
The buffet had small limited options but the coffee was good

The hotel itself is outstanding—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, with spacious and elegant rooms, excellent dining options, and a level of comfort that makes you feel at home. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding hospitality.
What made this stay extraordinary was Ms. Írem Kar, the Guest Relations Manager. She transformed what would have been an excellent stay into an exceptional and memorable experience. From the moment she became involved her professionalism and kindness attention to detail and sincere care were evident in every interaction. She listened and followed up personally and anticipated our needs to ensure that every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

They are not 5 atar hotel i was asking GM to look after our stay and he didnt even respond or care, ignored. I ended up cancelling the reservation. There is many good 5 star hotels in istanbul that will appreciate your business avoid if you can. My advice
Our stay at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul was excellent from beginning to end.
The hotel is modern, elegant, and truly luxurious. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the city. Every detail reflected the high standards of the Fairmont brand.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the Fairmont Gold Lounge. The lounge itself offers breathtaking views, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent food and drinks throughout the day.
What made the experience truly exceptional, however, was the incredible team. A very special thank you goes to Seven and Irem, whose warm hospitality, genuine friendliness, and attentive service made us feel at home every time we visited the lounge. They are true professionals and a real credit to the hotel.
We would also like to mention the two trainees, Oktay and Aras, who were always friendly, polite, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are doing a great job.
Thank you to the entire Fairmont Gold team for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning.

We stayed two complimentary nights here via Turkish Airlines. We arrived at 7:30 in the morning, and the hotel arranged priority check-in for us just one hour later. The room is brand new with practical amenities. The only small oversight was that bathrobes were not restocked during housekeeping service. Unlimited complimentary bottled water in the room was incredibly convenient.
The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. A staff member named Sema provided exceptionally thoughtful service one morning. She had a pleasant attitude and spoke fluent English, leaving a wonderful impression on us. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
