Pleasant and friendly staff but breakfast needs work
Pros:

The location was excellent as it was directly in the centre of Rome. Also, the staff were polite and friendly. The room was nice and air conditioned and the shower was AMAZING!!

Cons:

The breakfast was very minimal and they didn't have any soya or oat milk so I couldn't have cereal. In the end, I just had a croissant and black coffee.
