يوجد سوبر ماركت داخل الفندق 24ساعة

القفل الجانبي لأحد الغرف كان لايعمل
باب الحمام كان لايغلق بشكل جيد مشكلة في الصيانة
السيفون في االحمام لا يعمل بشكل جيد
وهناك ملاحظة ارجو عند تدوين اي ملاحظة بما يخص الغرف يتم أخذها بجدية اكثر حيث اني وضعت ملاحظة ان لاتكون هناك اي مشاكل بالصيانة في الغرفة ووجدت ان كان هناك بعض الخلل فالعميل الذي يدون الملاحظات في الطلبات الخاصة لايريد ان يأتي ويشغل نفسه بملاحظات للصيانة فأرجو ان تؤخذ الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار كي لا تسبب اي ازعاج للعميل وشكرا لكم
