هناك رائحة سجائر في الحمام بشكل مبالغ
نرجو مثل اهتمامكم بالرائحه ارجو الاهتمام بالنظافه
لتحقيق التوازن في الجوده من حيث الموقع والنظافه والخدمات

Great location in dubai and fairly close to Oud Metha metro Easy and quick to get an uber too. It has a coworker concept space concept so u can sit downstairs and work. Good choice for bfast and quick service. I love staying here. A very no nonsense hotel. One thing I would like them to improve is helping with bags going up and down. It’s pretty much self service, so as a woman I struggled a bit. That’s all

عدم المساعدة في انزال الشنط وتحميلها من التاكسي
عند الخروج ،، حملت الشنط للتكاسي بنفسي
عدم توفر بعض المتطلبات في الغرفة
Location
I usually go same hotel but this time was very different The behavior of this stuff was so rude unhelpful. Also room keys keep dis working. Plus AC was not working n we couldn’t control the AC and we had an infant. We were not happy in our stay this time
I like to relax and make myself at home but unfortunately THIS HOTEL RUINED OUR STAY, THE MONEY WE HAD PAID IS NOT WORTH AT ALL!!
WE DIDINT LIKE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WORST RECEPTIONS AND YES! WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
