Excellent, shoutout to Ms. Kiruda

I have no complaints about the property, really. It was an average Japanese hotel room and we were pretty comfortable with it. There was a floor undergoing maintenance when we stayed but we couldn’t even hear a thing. The location was really convenient too. It’s in a very lively place. This was by far my best hotel experience (im a frequent traveller and have stayed in multiple A Class hotels before), particularly due to Ms. Kiruda from the reception staff. We were going through a hard time because of my mother-in-laws death but she always brought a smile to our face and went out of her way to help us. We only asked her for the bus timings,etc but she gave us a whole printout and also booked a taxi for us there. She is a very kind soul.
