Nice and central hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

I liked that the rooms were relatively spacious compared to other parts in Japan and that the stuff was very friendly and welcoming. I also really liked the location in the middle of the arcades with many convenience stores and other stores close by.

自助式辦理入住，飯店地點超級好，飯店樓下就有逛的、吃的，對於購物完回飯店放東西非常方便，房間也算蠻大， 一樓準備的備品也應有盡有，很貼心，交通位置很好。

Pros:

Overall nice place to stay, clean, friendly counter staff, very good location right within shipping district.

Cons:

the sign board outside is facing sideway and cannot be see when stand directly outside, when i walk close by i miss the sign board hence the entrance plenty of times, but this is just nit picking.
