Starting October 1, 2022, guests staying at the hotel will be charged additional charge when using the hotel's parking facility. The cost will be KRW 15,000 per vehicle per night on a first-come, first-served basis.
* For reservations that don't include parking, parking will not be allowed.
There is additional charge for breakfast for children above 37 months. Guest need to pay additionally for their children above 37 months during stay at the hotel.
Guests under the age of 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property does not provide disposable personal items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, cotton swab, and comb.
The children's policy applicable as of April 1, 2025 is as follows.

Children under 3 years old stay free when using existing bedding and breakfast is included.
Children 3-6 years old will be charged KRW 8,800 for breakfast when using existing beds.
Children 7-12 years old will be charged KRW 16,500 per child per night when using existing beds and KRW 16,500 for breakfast.
Children over 13 years of age are considered adults. Adult breakfast costs KRW 27,500.
Please note that Statutory Electrical Maintenance work will be carried out from 29th September 2026 11:30 to 29th September 2026 12:30, and the use of electricity in guest rooms, heating and cooling facilities, elevators, parking lots, and all others may be affected.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff were all quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lots of shopping and food options within walking distance, plus convenient public transport options for anything further away. And the K Limousine Airport Bus stops just one building over, so it's super convenient for coming straight from Incheon Airport!

日本語が上手なスタッフの方が多くて、現地の言葉が分からなくても安心して泊まれた。

We love the spa and we visited the spa every night. We enjoyed the ice cream after the spa. We also like the free ramen after 9:30pm.
The room is a bit small, but we made it work.
Small room, but well furnished. Conveniently located in Gangnam-Gu, lots of eating and coffee places within walking distance
Cleanliness is an issue. Couldn’t change room due to full booking at the hotel, but my room was definitely smelly from a previous guests… shall we say, biological remains
Excellent location in Gangnam with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was surprisingly spacious for Seoul standards and spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially loved the comfortable bathroom and shower facilities, as well as the Japanese-style onsen and hot bath, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary amenities were also generous and thoughtfully provided….
Very little to complain about…
Huone oli siisti ja sen siivous erinomaista. Korkeamman kerroksen huone oli hyvin hiljainen. Kylpylä oli ihana ja ramen-illallinen sen yhteydessä muodostui jokapäiväiseksi rutiiniksi viikon ajalla. Aamiainen oli aasialainen, hyvin runsaasti erilaisia ruokia kauniisti esillä. Länsimaisia aamiaisvaihtoehtoja oli käytännössä munakas, hedelmät, vaalea leipä/croissant ja makea maustamaton jogurtti murojen kera.
Hotelli sijaitsi melko rauhallisessa paikassa, mutta kätevästi lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metrosta ja vilkkaasta Gangnamin ostoskadusta. Henkilökunta oli erittäin kohteliasta ja avuliasta. Olisin voinut viipyä pidempäänkin!
Aamiainen oli erilainen kuin odotin, mutta se ei välttämättä ole negatiivinen asia.
Liikuntamahdollisuuksia ei hotellilla ollut. Hotellin läheisyydessä oli kuitenkin useampi kuntosali monipuolisilla toiminnoilla.
