Довольно недорого для Астаны. Большая комната, большая кровать, неплохой завтрак. Есть кофе из кофе-машины.
Недалеко от старого вокзала, а вот до аэропорта ехать час, если без пробок. Рядом есть супермаркет. Прямо у входа - бесплатные уличные тренажеры.
Расположен на оживленной улице. Окна выходят в переулок, но все же шум слышен.
Телевизор старый и только с аналоговыми каналами.
Мне очень понравилось отношение персонала к приезжающим туристам в город Астана. Я люблю этот город из-за людей, которые очень приятны в общении. В самом отеле мне очень понравилось, что меня встретили, сразу проводили в номер после моего ночного перелета. А утром накормили вкусным и сытным завтраком. Номер был комфортным, все было удобно для проживания. На просьбы замены полотенец или других необходимых вещей, персонал отзывался и менял по первой же просьбе. Мне было очень уютно, почти как дома, я выпила очень много кофе, которое охотно для меня готовили и оно было очень вкусное! Жаль, в этот раз я не смогла остаться подольше в этом городе, но в следующий раз я уже буду знать - где мне бронироваться и проживать в течение моих дальнейших приездов в этот замечательный город! И да, если вы плохо знаете город, вы всегда можете спросить на ресепшине - и где можно вкусно поесть, и где можно погулять, и куда можно сходить. Вы получите подробное описание мест, которые обязательны к посещению!

хорошее соотношение цены и качества, удобное место расположение. Большой респект персоналу-очень приятные и дружелюбные. Готовы всегда помочь. Завтрак горячий и вкусный . На выбор всегда все горячее и по желанию посетителя.
на полутороспальную кровать простынь на односпальную, всегда съезжала и была короткая. за три дня проживания не разу не убрались и не вынесли мусор

Thankful for a friendly front desk service, gave me the necessary information about check-in and how to get to the city centre.
Speaking of suite, bed was comfortable and the housekeeping made a great job on making our stay nice and clean. Furniture might be renovated, but otherwise on the price/quality/location comparison probably one of the best options available.
Breakfast if simple yet delicious, other than that, was surprised by coffee machine and different options, if you re vegetarian, etc.
