A good value , comfortable, welcoming hotel
Pros:

It is right opposite the station , and very easy to find as we step out of the train
Very near to the centre of Roanne with very good facilities nearby
It offers all you need for a comfortable stay
The rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable
The staff are welcoming, very friendly and helpful
We requested an early check-in, and it was provided without hesitation
The breakfast is varied and plentiful with locally sourced produce

Camera e aria condizionata. Mi è piaciuto anche il frigo-bar in stanza e l'angolo tisane.

Cons:

La colazione poco ricca e il condizionatore gocciolava sul banco colazione. Moquette macchiate nei corridoi.

Le personnel était compétent et très agréable. Le confort de la chambre était également bon.

Cons:

Impossibilité de faire fonctionner la télévision. Le personnel présent a fait ce qu'il pouvait, par contre il n'y a pas eu de geste commercial pour compenser. Pour une raison simple : le personnel n'a à priori pas la possibilité de le faire.
