Noisy and not ideal for resting, neighborhood is rough. Room was clean and comfortable.

Solid 3 star property, may not be for everyone
Pros:

The property was selected due to its proximity to the Tennis Center. We were attending the US Open and literally slept there and left in the morning. It was an easy 1 mile walk each way to the center. The room was clean, good water pressure and hot water. Linens were changed every day, which is unusual. Wifi worked. The location was close to a grocery store and a Dunkin. We were in room 408, which was the back side of the hotel away from the 7 train line which runs down Roosevelt. We could not hear the train, so quiet.

Cons:

The only issue we had was a glitchy room key at first. This was eventuraly sorted out with new keys.

We loved the close proximity to the Billie Jean Tennis Center! Half a mile walk. 😀
Pros:

Closeness to the US Open and Met’s Stadium. Safe parking at the hotel (small lot but spaces were available) and they let us leave our car there after checkout as we went to the US Open tennis tournament. Staff very nice and friendly. Room was clean, beds good. Dunkin’ Donuts a block away. Ice machine on our
Floor (3rd), refrigerator in the room even though the on-line description did not
List it as an amenity.

Cons:

All was good. No complaints!

Las almohadas súper duras y se escucha terrible el paso del tren por que está mismo y la vibración y sonido impiden dormir, hay un teléfono en el pasillo que suena demasiado todo el tiempo, tuve que llamar por qué no podía dormir , es un teléfono que está al lado del ascensor para las personas que limpian las habitaciones
No volvería a ese hotel, la zona es muy fea y tampoco tiene nombre afuera y no es fácil ubicarlo

Cons:

The room was dirty and smelled awful. The hotel is also right by a train that ran every 15 minutes or so and kept me from sleeping. It felt like a scene from My Cousin Vinny.
