整體而言蠻推薦的飯店，不過飯店人員不太能夠用英文溝通，建議使用翻譯軟體，以日文對話為主，check-in 都是用機器操作，有中文可以使用，交通地點方便，很適合都坐大眾運輸的旅客。
Pros:

房間寬敞整潔，靠近京都車站坐地鐵JR公車都很方便，隔壁還有LAWSON，但是也因為鄰近車站晚上偶爾可以聽到鐵軌行駛的聲音，隔音也普通走廊有人講話或樓上重物掉落是可以聽到的，建議睡眠淺的可以自備耳塞，飯店提供蠻多備品，甚至有捲髮棒。早餐樣式不多但是作為早上出門墊肚子不錯了！

Cons:

在網站上訂房後現場還收了税金，如果一開始這筆費用提前告知或包含在booking 顯示的價格上會更好，個人覺得後面再收一筆費用有點不愉快☹️

Pros:

Ein unkomplizierter Check in, man bekommt die wichtigsten Dinge wie Frühstückszeiten, Lage der Einrichtung usw bei Ankunft gesagt und sobald man seine Schlüsselkarte hat, ist man auch schon durch. Schnell, effizient und ohne großes Tamtam.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind mit einer Türe miteinander verbunden. Ich kenne das aus keinem Hotel aber scheinbar ist das in Japan und allgemein Asien normal. Ich finde es befremdlich und es war anfangs echt ein mulmiges Gefühl, da ich alleine gereist bin. Das Hotelpersonal hat mir aber erklärt das diese Türe von beiden Seiten verschlossen ist und es keine Möglichkeit gibt für die anderen Gäste mein Zimmer zu betreten.
Die die Türe hat aber nicht wirklich den Lärm und die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer gedämpft. War zum Teil echt laut.

Pros:

Ubicación a 5' andando de la estación de Kioto, casa cómodas, limpieza genial, lavadoras, 7 leven al lado, habitación bien. Muy recomendable. Personal genial. Tienen microondas abajo, nevera pequeña en la habitación, calienta agua y muchos amenities.

Excellent stay with the friendliest of hotel staff
Pros:

Location was perfect. Very close to Kyoto station
The staff was excellent exceeding my expectations doing everything they could to help.
The room was perfectly clean and comfortable

Cons:

I think breakfast was good for Japanese taste just lacking a bit for westerners

Soggiorno perfetto, struttura ben fatta e accogliente, camera spaziosa e completa di ogni comfort, ottimo rapporto quali
Pros:

Struttura a due passi dalla stazione di kyoto (per shinkansen e metro), completa di free amenities di diverso genere. La stanza era di dimensioni generose (rispetto allo standard giapponese). La struttura presenta un’area fumatori vicino la reception. Il personale ci ha aiutato a prenotare spedizione valigie verso osaka (ottimo servizio che consiglio a tutti)

Cons:

Nulla. Unico accorgimento, la struttura si trova leggermente a sud rispetto al centro turistico notturno di Kyoto, ma è facilmente raggiungibile con la metro che viaggia fino a mezzanotte circa (altrimenti sono circa 30 min a piedi)

Would consider staying at this hotel again if I had a better room assignment. Overall: satisfied.
Pros:

Location was very close to the train station which was a plus when toting luggage. Staff was extremely helpful, premises were very clean. On site coin laundry was very useful.

Cons:

Room was very small any room layout was not convenient for using closet. Huge raised step over to get into bathroom, and bathroom not designed for tall people. I am 72 inches tall and mirror only came up to my chin. Had to bend over to shave.
