Convenient, clean and lovely staff
Pros:

The location to the Kyoto train station and convenience stores/shopping was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we needed some advice re: medical services for our son and reception could not have been better.

This was one of the bigger rooms we had during our stay (bigger by Japanese hotel standards, don't expect big!) and the cleaning service was excellent. It was very, very hot during our stay and we showered a lot, fresh towels were never an issue.

We had two rooms and requested then to be close to each other, they were right next door which was great!

Cons:

Our window was frosted, I understand why, it looked out on nothing but it made the room feel closed in during the day and as there is no lounge area you can use, if you are waiting for washing it is a bit sad just sitting in your room. Not a terrible thing, just an observation.

A Comfortable Stay
Pros:

1) Great Location: Conveniently located just one block from the Airport Limousine Bus stop (direct to/from KIX) and within easy walking distance of Kyoto Station.
2) Spacious & Functional Room: The double room was spacious enough for one person with two large suitcases, and everything was in good working order. The lighting was just right, and the overall design and layout were very thoughtful. I also appreciated that they provided four pillows of varying firmness to choose from.
3) Laundry Facilities: They have separate washers and dryers, which I much prefer over the combined units (which often leave clothes smelling musty).
4) Helpful Staff: The staff were wonderful and helped collect my online order packages both before my arrival and during my stay.

Pros:

Die Lage bei der Kyoto Station ist top. Es its sehr zentral, ein Konbini ist direkt nebenan. Trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer hat alles , was es braucht, auch genug Platz! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich.

地點方便，旁邊就是Lawson，走路3分鐘到堂吉訶德、6分鐘到京都車站東口；床鋪算好睡，也安靜；早餐種類蠻多每天都有變化，蠻好吃的。

Pros:

フロントの対応や朝食、リネン類等、高級感はないものの、全て問題ない。もちろん広いロビー等なく、味気ないが、そこはビジネスホテルと割り切るべき。

Cons:

グーグルマップ等でもっと目立てばうれしい。
ベッドの土台やカーペットがやや古くなって来ていた。

Les accessoires à disposition à l’accueil. Notamment produits de beauté, de coiffure et de soin (masque). Déjeuner local, mais avec quelques croissants et brioche.

Cons:

Chambre étroite. Pas de rangement pour les vêtements et bagages. Bien pour une nuit.

המיקום! קודם כל המיקום מושלם, קרוב לתחנה ולקניון.
במלון כל הפקידים נתנו לנו שירות נעים ומקצועי וייעשו מעל ומעבר כדי לעזור. בכל יום מחליפים את הפיג'מה באחרת נקיה. יש עמדה של פינוקי מקלחת מא 'עד ת'. שירות שליחת מזוודות התבצעה עי פקיד נעים הליכות, הכל מנוהל בדיוק רב.
