Comfortable
Pros:

Located near two subway stations. Walking distance to Nishiki market and Kawaramachi. Breakfast is simple and the source of my daily fibre (veggies) intake.

Cons:

We have to get the amenities (sunblock, mask etc) daily from the lobby, which is fine but most (at least those that we need) are empty when we try to get them in the evening. So we have to ask the staff to replenish.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, they have menu for each day, so you could see what you will be having before buying daily breakfast ticket.
The hotel is near bus station, subway and local food convenient store (a big one) so you can buy many things. It also very convienent with the bus stop which goes straight line to main street.

Cons:

The checkin area is small and might be very crowded and takes much time to check in.

Try elsewhere.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the subway, walking distance to Gion. Very clean and good sized bathroom.

Cons:

The check in process was terrible, the person seemed more interested in serving the next person before giving me my checkin instructions, leaving me standing there wondering what was going on.


There was no natural light into the room, wallpaper was peeling and had obviously painted over mould/water damage. There are many hotels in the same price point in the area, I'd give this one a miss.

Pros:

2층 데스크 앞에 숙소에서 필요한 많은 것들을 자유롭게 준비해주셨어요
특히 지하철에서 가까운편이라 제일 좋았어요

Cons:

창문을 열 수없어서 환기가 매우 아쉬웠고
목욕탕 샤워 커튼에 냄새가 베어 빠지질 않아 아쉽네요

Konumu çok güzeldi, merkeze yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dakika uzaklıktaydı. Olduğu bölgede güzel alışveriş yapacak yerler vardı. Özellikle hemen yanındaki alışveriş merkezindeki markete ve kitapçıya mutlaka uğramalısınız. Diğer gidilecek yerlere de kalkan otobüslerin durakları 2 dk mesafeden kalkıyor. Kahvaltıda yiyecek bir şeyler bulunuyor. Odalar konforluydu özellikle Japonya için çok küçük olmayan odalardı. Temizdi

Good value for money
Pros:

The location was great, outside of the craziness of the city center, but just close enough to a main shopping street, metro and bus stops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice: everyday it was different, full of choice between Classical Japanese, western and always offered something local from Kyoto for you to try. Like most Japanese hotels, they offer a lot of amenities, like pajamas, skin care products, toothbrushes, etc.

Cons:

The room carpet was full of stains, I don’t think it has even been deep cleaned.
