Pros:

Great place, we booked it a day before because our previous booked appartment cancelled on us.
Great facilities, the rooms were quite big for kyoto so really pleasant.
Close to the metro station with diirect link to kyoto station. 20 min walk to a lot of great attractions.

Cons:

Breakfast was good and varied but not amazing.

Pros:

The room is very confortable and quite large (compared to other standard rooms in Japan). The breakfast was great. The hotel is very nicely located (2 metro stops from the train station, and walking distance from main areas).

Cons:

The bathroom could be slightly larger / more confortable.

posizione eccellente per una vacanza a Kyoto

La posizione è ottima in quanto vicinissima alla stazione e anche a piedi si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Noi eravamo in 3 e abbiamo prenotato la tripla ed erano 2 camere comunicanti quindi mia figlia ha avuto il bagno tutto per lei e chiudendo la porta ha avuto anche la sua privacy. E' stato perfetto dato che abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti quindi siamo stati molto comodi, inoltre il fatto che potevamo prendere bustine per il te e caffè solubile a disposizione per gli ospiti dell'hotel e anche prodotti beauty l'ho trovato davvero una coccola.

Camera non molto grande, ma pulita e dotata del necessario. La colazione è intercontinentale a buffet, con una scelta particolarmente orientata alla cucina asiatica. La posizione è comoda, vicina alla metropolitana ma le vie principali di Teramachi e Pontocho sono comunque raggiungibili anche a piedi, con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti. Nel complesso una buona esperienza.

Pros:

Exceptional value, less waste than your usual hotel as you help yourself to needed supplies. Room and bathroom big enough to be fully functional, very nice deep tub. Breakfast tasty with good range of hot and cold foods. Pleasant, helpful staff. Handsome entry and reception area.

Ett hotell för de som vill ut och upptäcka Kyoto 🤩

Läget och frukosten var absolut bäst! Vi fick ett rum på våning 8 så det var lugnt och tyst nattetid. Närheten till både tunnelbana och bussar gjorde att vi kunde utnyttja vistelsen till att se mer än vanligt samt att vi kunde promenera till många ställen som låg mycket nära. Utbudet av bra och billiga restauranger och caféer var också fantastiskt eftersom vi älskar att äta genuin japansk mat, var även nära till 7-ELEVEN och Familymart.

Cons:

Gick inte att få kallt vatten i kranen, synd eftersom vattnet var extra renat för att kunna drickas. Personalen i receptionen var inte så duktiga på att förstå engelska så tur att min son pratar flytande japanska.
