Cons:

Tres Difficile de se garer dans les rues alentours. Il a fallu tourner un bon moment pour enfin avoir une voiture a partir devant nous.
Manque un parking privé et ce serait top.

Cons:

A piscina, que devia ser quente, estava gelada. A piscina é em uma cave e quando fica escuro, não há iluminação. O SPA estava completamente desligado e sem serviço.
A TV do quarto para além de torta e a cair, não tinha comando.
O telefone da recepção a tocar às 3h e a ouvir-se nos quartos.
Pequeno-almoço sem qualquer variedade.

Moderno, cómodo y con personal excepcional
Pros:

Hotel moderno y cómodo. El acceso a ciertas horas es con un código de acceso numérico, de modo que no hay recepción de 24 horas (lógico, porque es un hotel familiar). El desayuno estaba incluido, de tipo buffet libre, y era muy completo. Tengo que destacar la amabilidad de la encargada, que me hizo un croquis detallado para poder visitar Ronda sin dar vueltas de más, así como la charla con la encargada de la limpieza. Añado que Arriate es una buena base para visitar Ronda y otras zonas de interés, y el pueblo en sí mismo es agradable de visitar para relajarse antes de cenar tras las excursiones diarias.

Cons:

El plato de ducha es algo pequeño, aunque no tanto como para rozar con la pared o las mamparas. El soporte de la televisión estaba un poco flojo, pero no encontré manera de apretarlo. En todo caso, minucias.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The room was very big with a balcony on the top floor.
Good cleaning standards.
Late breakfast, so you can actually sleep in.
Very helpful staff, with whatever you need.
And the location is very close to Ronda town.
Free parking around the hotel, but not exactly by the hotel, about two minutes away from the hotel.
All the restaurants are walking distance.

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel and the location.
