Check in rigorosamente entro le 15, anche se sei stanco morto con 2 bambini, senza possibilità di eccezioni . Tendenza al risparmio, assenza di 2 letti anche se camera prenotata per 4 persone, 2 persone hanno dormito per terra, prezzo troppo alto per il servizio offerto. Signori dell’hotel che fanno tutto, dalla reception alle pulizie. Signora della reception con occhiali particolarmente antipatica

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. We also enjoyed the large bath.

Cons:

the rooms felt a little less clean. There were small stains on the sheets and the towels felt a little old and ragged.

The air-conditioning wasn't as strong as we experienced in other hotels in South-Korea. The multi media box connected to the tv felt really dated and slow and would crash ending up not working.

２泊したんですが、２日目に部屋に戻ると清掃中で待たないといけなかった。何時から清掃かわかってたら良かった。

Accommodating staff and good amenities
Pros:

The front desk and hotel staff were accommodating. The room featured a heated toilet seat with a bidet. I had no issues with the bed and was able to sleep comfortably. The rooms appear to be soundproof, as I could not hear external noise from outside the building.

静かで便利な位置にあるオトクなホテルです。
Pros:

ロケーションが最高に良い。チャガルチ駅から300メートルくらい。ホテルから地下鉄駅まで歩いて5分程度。大きな荷物があっても苦にならない。ホテルの真横にコンビニがあり，レストランや居酒屋，市場にもすぐ行ける。部屋には冷蔵庫と大きなモニターがついていた。

Cons:

エアコンの細かい温度設定がリモコンではできなかった。部屋についている壁スイッチまで行って温度管理をした。あと，部屋が少し薄暗い印象だった。せめてデスクにスポット的なライトがあると仕事もしやすかったかもしれないがビジネスホテルではないので仕方ないかも。

Needs soundproofing.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, the hotel staff was helpful, and it has a good location.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was not soundproof at all. We could hear other rooms chatting, setting their ac, and taking a bath. We tried to sleep and there was constant water sound coming into our room.

Incroyable emplacement et les chambres sont parfaites

Emplacement nickel, staff adorable, j’ai du faire le checkin à 23h30 et il n’y a eu aucun soucis. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain parfaite et tout était conforme a la description. Seulement 5 mins à pied du métro et de BIFF square. Lors de mon départ il pleuvait et je n’avais pas de parapluie donc il m’en ont même donné un. Personnel vraiment aux petits soins !

Great stay in a great location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic just a short walk from the markets and night life and public transport available right outside the door. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always there to welcome us each day. The rooms are also huge.

Cons:

The beds are rock hard with no rooms available with softer beds. It was as hard as any bed we have had in all our Asian travels. The rooms are also a bit run down and need a refresh.
