Service was outstanding. They were there to help with luggage and airpirt drives ready to leave immediately and helping with all bags without being asked. Restaurant meals was fresh and well prepared. Simple but clean bright lounge for drinks. Rooms were big with good beds and shower

Auf den ersten Blick schien es modern. Die Betten waren bequem
Die allgemeine Hygiene ließ leider stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Duschen waren nicht sauber, die Duschbrause war schlecht montiert und wies sichtbare Schimmelspuren auf. Auch im Badezimmer befand sich Schimmel, was aus hygienischer Sicht absolut inakzeptabel ist. Zudem waren die Abläufe teilweise verstopft.
Auch die Sauberkeit des Bestecks war mangelhaft – viele Teile waren verschmutzt oder mit Flecken versehen. Beim Frühstück fehlte auf mehreren Tischen ein Teil des Gedecks. Das Buffet war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch wirkten die Früchte nicht frisch. Zudem war das Schöpf- und Servierbesteck nicht sauber, und es war teilweise nicht erkennbar, welches Besteck zu welchem Gericht gehörte.
Besonders enttäuschend war das Personal an der Bar, das auf uns sehr unfreundlich wirkte.
Beim Check-in erhält man einen Gutschein für ein Glas Wein. Unverständlich fand ich, dass dieser Gutschein ausschließlich für Wein eingelöst werden kann. Selbst ein einfaches Wasser konnte nicht als Alternative gewählt werden.
Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich äußerst enttäuschend. Für den von uns bezahlten Preis war die gebotene Leistung schlichtweg katastrophal und entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die man bei dieser Preisklasse haben darf. Die mangelhafte Hygiene, insbesondere der sichtbare Schimmel im Badezimmer, war für mich besonders erschreckend. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, die Betten hervorragend und die Dusche im Bad ist top.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden.
Wir waren zweimal im Restaurant essen und es hat uns jedes Mal sehr gut geschmeckt.
Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
