The bathroom was in need of a full renovation, very disappointed. We didnt even shower as it didnt look or feel clean. My daughter wanted to move the single bed to by me, it was disgusting behind it. Teabags and dirt everywhere, it definitely hasnt been pulled out to be cleaned in a long time. Mould all over the wall. The heater was behind the bed and looked rusty and unsafe. It was also freezing cold in there.
Lots of men by the door at night smoking drugs and as a mum and 2 daughters alone we felt unsafe being on the bottom floor

Fairly basic but suitable for our needs at reasonable cost.

Not a place for anyone with a bad back.
Mattress was dreadful, I lay down and sank into it, within minutes was stuck in a big crater. I asked for a different room, they refused saying all the mattresses were new (it wasn't) and the same. I asked for a refund as I can't sleep on that mattress and still need to find somewhere to sleep. They then offered me a room with a different mattress which looked better so I stayed.
Worst nights sleep ever, awful mattress. I slept on the floor.
It was had mould and dirt in the bathroom.

Rooms could do with upgrading. All a bit shabby. No plugs by bed for phone charging

Very outdated, not the cleanest of places, mold all over the bathroom, but you get what you pay for. Only 2 plug sockets.

The door not having a inside extra lock was a discomforting, but I understand it had required a key to enter specifically. That just was the only thing. And the cover on the sofa was a little dirty but not where I slept anyway

Everything was so filthy, the mattress and pillows so old and uncomfortable, all the building very smelly, mold on the shower, I will never recommend it to any one

The parking was horrific. No one warned me that the carpark would fill up completely. There were cars and vans everywhere including on the electric charging points, the grass and the slip road to the busy A46. A stressful half an hour was spent waiting for any space to become available and then worrying about the car getting damaged.

The whole place needs a re-vamp. The room was really shabby, very tired decorating. Needed hoovering, didn't smell very pleasant. Only used the toilet out of necessity. I had wet wipes with me as I wasn't going to use the bath/shower.

Clearly unclean, poor attention to detail as pointing in shower black and dirty, and lights filled with dead bugs. Unpleasant smell throughout the whole building, coupled with poor cleanliness made for a very uncomfortable stay.

There was an abnormal amount of black mould around the bath and the bathroom didn't seem to be very clean

Basic. Room located right next to fire exit on ground floor which was open all night which I did mention to the Reception but nothing was done about it. As a single female traveller I was worried someone might be able to access my room.
