The location was great. And in general, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was extremely cramped. There was no furniture, other than a bed and one very uncomfortable small chair. The shower door was broken and it was very difficult to take a shower. To their credit, the hotel did reduce our room price by 10% to try and compensate for the shower door. The room was a block away from the hotel. The booking ad describes this as an apartment, but it was absolutely not. It was a small hotel room with a small microwave and small fridge and essentially no furniture.
Wanted a clean, comfortable space to spend the night while in London with the family and that's exactly what I got! 3 rooms all identical which is great. Location was perfect for city.
My only complaint was the pillows on the beds, very poor quality and even two pillows was not enough to make a good head rest.
Mimi’s is a little gem - cosy, stylish and calm, hidden in plain sight in the hustle & bustle of Soho. Very comfortable bed and reasonably well soundproofed in this busy location. Friendly and helpful reception staff and a nice bar/coffee area.
My room (303) was very small. No wardrobe or drawers (just one shelf and 2 hangers) but for a short stay with very just one small bag it was perfectly adequate for me as a single traveller.

The location is incredible. It’s walking distance from so much nightlife, theatres, and restaurants. Right in the heart of soho. We had access to movies for free on the tv.
It’s not made clear how small the cozy room actually is. I paid £200 a night, for a box room with no window. The room ends the second you walk in, for that price it should be more spacious. It was a massive bed, but only one flat pillow each. Incredibly disappointing and should be made more clear. But I guess you pay for the location
Great location
Hadn’t realised it was separate from the main hotel. Initially no working charger for phone in the room had to walk back to the main hotel for a plug.
Room was clean. Front desk were attentive. Location was very good.
It is an interesting set up with there being no specific lobby for the hotel - the bar and restaurant are managed by another party so there is no area that belongs to the hotel itself to relax outside of your room. You can sit in the bar/restaurant area, but you are not supposed to bring in any outside food or drink.
Fantastic location and very accommodating staff. The welcome and service were excellent and the hotel has a good vibe. The wifi was good which was needed as I had some work calls to do
We've stayed before and the rooms were small but at least we had a window. The room size, which was probably as advertised, is ridiculously small this time. The air conditioning didn't work properly, which was frustrating trying to sleep in a shoe box with no windows on a hot London night. The TV wouldn't connect to anything either.

Bed comfortable and the room and facility very clean and pretty.
Not enough shelf or storage space. Also the phone did not dial the desk. The doors from the hallway and into the room were very hard to push open. Also the room was so dark and I could not at first locate the light switch.
Everything was excellent , rooms were small but beautiful and clean , the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly , location great , you can walk to so many of the sights and great restaurants all around , they have a great bar as well .

The hotel is in the heart of Soho; cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants are in walking distance. The WiFi in the hotel is super! Very friendly staff!
