Pros:

I enjoyed the location, it was fantastic for getting to explore the majority of London for my first international visit.
The bed was a little softer than I'm used to but not bad. I did underestimate the "coziness" of the room. I'm 6'3" and having the bed boxed in on all sides was tricky but not impossible to deal with. But everything was extremely easy to get to from where we were and the room was nice and quiet despite being on a busy street.

Cons:

I personally didn't enjoy how cramped the bed was or that my partner was basically in a pocket underneath the roof wall. The room was a little smaller than what i was expecting but not bad over all. Next time i'll go with a bigger room.

It is interesting to stay in such a tiny room, but being in the middle of Soho, you are not expected to be in the room much.

Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

Very small room, no windows (this was stated in reservation), room in basement.
Our experience was not good at all. The hotel and the rooms were very small, but the biggest issue was that we found insects that appeared to be bed bugs in both rooms, which made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable.
The staff did offer to relocate us to another room and tried to help with the situation. In the end, we were also able to find a solution and get a refund for the additional night we were supposed to stay.
We appreciate that the staff tried to help, but unfortunately, finding bed bugs in both rooms made the overall experience very unpleasant and stressful. We definitely did not feel comfortable continuing our stay.

Pros:

Great location and comfy bed- even if it is up against the walls!

Cons:

You have a strange curtain that comes from the door to a fraction of the bed - not sure why!? Bed up against 3 of the walls slightly claustrophobic and doesnt give 2 adults space to get dressed, or have to move around each other for bed and bathroom

Incredibly small room with the bed touching three walls. The room was in the basement, no window and I was woken up at 7am by the pub next door who were rolling beer barrels around.

So easy to navigate from except I got lazy and only visited pubs close to me and rarely ventured over to the other side
Pros:

I had a seperate flat in the street around the corner. Which was good anyway.

Cons:

The people upstairs dragging furniture around at 2 in the morning . Hard to do since theirs only a bed and a armchair. They were very heavy when they walked around as well. Same in the morning. The fridge needs to be placed outside of the cupboard space as their is no air circulating around the fridge and it wasnt staying very cold. Room also needs a coffee table, so you can eat from. I was forever spilling things on the white bedding.

Pros:

Great location and interiors. Beautiful room and hotel, well organised considering the size of rooms.

Cons:

Room size very size however was as described and expected based on description and square footage. Value for money poor based on room size.
