La chambre était très silencieuse, un vrai petit cocon. Et le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, avec des produits locaux notamment. Délicieux!

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de plusieurs monuments à visiter, desservi par le tram et plusieurs lignes de bus à même pas cinq minutes. L'hôtel est en rénovation dans un style très esthétique, confort superbe également, silencieux et grands lits.

La ubicación es un 10. Súper cerca de la plaza del Pilar y del barrio del tubo.
El parking está justo al salir del hotel y está bastante bien. Tienes que ir a la planta 2 y hacia alante en el pasillo izquierdo hay plazas donde pone “hotel avenida”. Luego entregas el ticket que te da la máquina al entrar al chico del hotel y te la cambia por otro que debes usar para sacar el coche gratis ya que el parking lo dejas pagado más barato en el hotel.
El desayuno es muy completo y a destacar los embutidos que son buenos e incluso el jamón York no es el típico cuadrado de sobre que ponen en otros hoteles. Era muy completo y puedes desayunar en la terraza.
El hotel es precioso y tiene una decoración de 10.
Las habitaciones son muy limpias y muy cómodas y silenciosas.
La gente ponía que había gente tirada en la calle… haber no vi ninguna situación de inseguridad pero es verdad que no es algo que se dé solo en este barrio… nos llamó la atención en toda la zona centro de Zaragoza que hubiera tanta indigencia….
Aunque estaba en plenas obras de reforma, el interior se veía bastante bonito. También es cierto que le faltan muchas cosas que para mí son esenciales, sentimos que tiene malos acabados.
A la ducha se le sale el agua, se encharcó todo por una simple ducha de 5min.
Por otro lado, ni agua de cortesía, ni plancha, ni mini bar, y las paredes son de “cartón” se escucha absolutamente todo.

Non ho utilizzato loro convenzioni / strutture di parcheggio ma l'hotel è vicino al parcheggio gratuito di Macanaz (15 minuti a piedi circa ed anche farlo con valigia non è scomodo)
