Es gab leider kein Trinkwasser und keine Möglichkeit sich einen Kaffee zu kochen . Das hatten wir schon anders in Spanien.
The general palette and Semele of Avenida is exceptional. We can see where the hotel would like to go but it isn’t quite there yet.
Although the hotel is heading in the right direction it is let down by finer details and a 2nd fix that hasn’t really been completed. This is down to plaster board in ceiling access points that have been cut but not finished, significant cracks in plaster and paint (that are not intentional), single coats of paint in visible places (like the TV surround) and paint over hessian backgrounds that quite simply look sloppy.
This alongside dirty and scuffed walls.
It pains me to have to raise these issues because it is clear the owners are investing heavily into the hotel and they are intent upon creating a beautiful and serene aesthetic. However, minimalism is brutal in that of this is where you are heading, the finish has to be perfect.
Unfortunately, in our room at least, this was not the case.
La location è abbastanza buona, in un viale molto frequentato e a due passi dal mercato centrale e dalla piazza del Pilar. Aree comuni molto belle e spaziose, uno stile molto elegante.
La stanza. Diversamente dalla cura che è stata messa negli spazi comuni, la stanza era abbastanza piccola e molto basica, senza quella coccola in più per l'ospite. Sono consapevole di non aver pagato una camera superior, ma gli spazi erano molto ristretti nonostante ci fossero solo due letti, una scrivania e un solo comodino (per 3 persone). Vetri della vasca da bagno con un po' di muffa in alcuni angoli.
La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal y el aspecto de la zona común remodelada. Los empleados son amables y eficaces.
La habitación aunque estaba remodelada tenía ventanas antiguas que dejaban pasar el ruido de la calle y eso es molesto para dormir, sobretodo en las habitaciones que dan a la calle en donde pasa el tranvía de la ciudad.
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und frisch renoviertes Hotel, gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt, sehr gutes Frühstück!
Das WLAN war sehr schlecht und hatte ständig Unterbrechungen; einzelne Deckenleuchten waren im Zimmer und Bad defekt, so dass die Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend war.

In bagno mancano degli appendi asciugamani vicino al lavandino e manca la ventola di aspirazione, non essendoci una finestra, oltre ad un illuminazione più adeguata sullo specchio.
The location is perfect to access the main attractions in town. Made everything a walking distance trip.
The property is still under construction/remodeling. They are trying to hide the smell of diesel with a ton of air fresheners. The rooms were dirty and the walls super thin. You could hear everything happening in the hallways and the other rooms. The restrooms were dirty and the first room we were in had black mold on the tiles and sink.
