No vayan, pésimo

Cons:

Todo, nos dieron una habitación que olía horrible a humedad, entraron a hacer el aseo sin avisarnos cuando no estábamos y robaron una cadena que deje afuera! En la noche pedimos que nos ayudarán porque el control de la TV no funcionaba y la señora super déspota dijo que nos mandaba a alguien (solo para que ya nos fuéramos de recepcion) y no mando a nadie

The garden and pool area are beautiful, and overall, we enjoyed our one-night stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was great! We just wished the restaurant was open for dinner, too.

Cons:

The room had a mildewy smell. There are no air vents in the bathroom or room, so moisture from the bathroom shower probably accumulates. We opened windows and the air cleared, but there are no screens on the windows.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar

El lugar es muy tranquilo, es una finca antigua y da esa vibra que da todo el pueblo de mineral, el personal es muy amable, hacen su mejor esfuerzo por que tengas una buena experiencia. Los espacios y jardines son muy bonitos

Cons:

Nosotros elegimos el hotel por el spa, encontramos su página y mencionaban la cerveza artesanal que es de "la casa" reservamos masajes y si nos comunicaron que el restaurante, por remodelación solo sirve desayunos pero no nos mencionaron que no tenían cerveza, si nos fuimos un tanto decepcionados porque fuimos ahí para probarla en conjunto con los masajes, si es su caso, sugiero preguntar por todo antes de reservar. Además, las batas del spa si están un tanto viejitas, se veían gastadas y delgadas.

Excelente hotel en mineral de pozos
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito,las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, tienen todo para que descanses, cuenta con un jardín muy bonito y el área de la alberca es cómoda, también tiene estacionamiento propio,el personal es muy amable y está atento a tus necesidades

La entrada del estacionamiento requiere de una mejor rampa

La tina de hidromasaje tiene una mancha de sarro en el fondo, a mi esposa no le gusto y llevamos nuestros trajes de baño a pasear.

El hotel está bonito y muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones en la parte más nueva del hotel están más bonitas que las de la parte más "vieja". Así que, si pueden, soliciten alguna de esas habitaciones. Tienen un jardín con árboles frutales espectacular. La alberca es pequeña pero impecable.

Cons:

En la habitación que nos tocó, el aire acondicionado tiene una gotera de condensación que cae justo en el marco de la puerta. En algún momento se echará a perder la puerta. Por lo mismo, se acumula humedad y hay un poco de olor en el cuarto (que se va si se ventila)

Pros:

El hotel es excelente, muy bien ubicado frente a la plaza, desde ahi se puede llegar caminando a todo sitio. Tiene parking privado.

Cons:

En general todo fue excelente, sólo era un poco incomodo salir del parking, no tiene como abrir el porton, hay que ir hasta recepción o solicitar ayuda a un trabajador.
