Não haverá custo adicional para este pedido”. Acontece que meu pedido especial (sobre conter berço ou cercadinho no nosso quarto) FOI RENEGADO E DESCUMPRIDO PELO HOTEL a partir do PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO de 2 MULHERES (QUE PARECIAM ROBÔS) e TOTALMENTE ALHEIAS aos transtornos e desconfotos que iriam nos causar. PROPONHO um ressarcimento PARCIAL da devolução do valor pago de forma a TENTAR REPARAR TUDO QUE VOCES OCASIONARAM.
