あと、就寝時に防音がしっかりしているのか、物音や他の宿泊者のいびき等全く聞こえることはなく、朝まで爆睡できました

Cozy e stiloso. Davvero un piacevole soggiorno a Sapporo.
Pros:

L'esperienza è stata davvero ottima: tutto curato nei dettagli...Pigiami e letti comodissimi, ottimo caffè e colazione davvero apprezzata. Molto divertente l'happy hour con s'mores bar sul rooftop.
La struttura è davvero vicina alla metropolitana e alle vie dello shopping.

良い時間を過ごせた。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。
トマトスープが良かった。トーストを温められたのも良かった。
部屋が綺麗で良い香りがした。

Cons:

バーの閉店が早く行かれなかったのが残念。
駐車場がホテルに停められず離れたところだったのが不便だった。

Nice location. Great rooftop.
Pros:

the bar on the roof is very nice. Rooms were OK.

Cons:

The gentleman at the reception did not speak any English. This caused a confusion about being able to order room service.

Something went wrong when they tried to get authorization from my credit card, it was done in such a way that my card was automatically blocked by my bank. After I tried another card, the same happened. So the next day I had to call two banks to unblock my cards.

There was no parking space available for my car so I had to park quite far away.
