こちらのホテルを選ばせていただきました。
対応してくださいました、男性の方の対応とても素敵でした。ですが、、、
チェックイン時にフロント横に居ました金髪の若い女性に、まずは挨拶ではなく、チラチラ睨まれ首につけているネックレスを見ながら、、睨みつけられたりと無愛想な感じで残念でした。お金払ってまで睨まれるのは、こちらとしては面白くはありません。
クチコミでは、フロントの方もにこやかで丁寧に対応してくださり、好印象。と書かれていました。が。
札幌に来てチェックイン時にこんなに嫌な気持ちになるとは思いませんでした。
毎月1～2回札幌へ来ますが
もう二度と宿泊しません。
誰にもおすすめする事もできません。
本当に本当に残念です。

Pros:

The breakfast was so delicious!! Homemade soup that changes daily along with crusty fresh bread gets delivered to your door every morning, and there's a small oven for you to heat the bread up in your room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Pros:

There are many excellent hotels in Sapporo, but this one stands out because of the little extras.

The welcome is more personal than usual, making you feel at home straight away. Instead of a large breakfast buffet, they serve a delicious soup with fresh baguette, delivered to your room in the morning. In the late afternoon, guests can enjoy a complimentary drink with a small snack on the rooftop terrace.

These thoughtful touches make this hotel a place we would happily stay at again.

Cons:

We would have appreciated being able to open the window a little for some fresh air. Also, the drink served with breakfast could be a bit larger.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß. Die Ausstattung ist sehr neu. Die Lage ist ruhig. Das Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück in Form einer Suppe mit Brot wird jeden Tag vor die Tür gestellt und ist super lecker. Abends kann man ein kostenloses Weintasting auf der Dachterrasse machen. Von dort ist der Ausblick unglaublich schön und es gibt abends ein Lagerfeuer. Wer möchte kann Marshmallows dort grillen.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig.

Pros:

Soup for breakfast is fantastic, especially for my family who loves Sapporo Soup Curry. I like the amenities provided in the kitchen. I appreciated that a good-sized refrigerator (with a freezer compartment) was provided, much better as compared to just a standard bar fridge in the typical hotel. I like the toaster too, might consider getting one for my own home. Location is within walking distance to several attractions in Sapporo.

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed in a family suit with a bank bed and 2 beds. Beds were nice and comfy.
Breakfast was served to the room ( soup and bread and juice) it was tasty.
They rent so many stuff in variety like board games and wine glasses. All the info was in the cell phone inside the room.

Cons:

Some kind of tax was charged additionally about 1400 yen for 4 people which we weee not aware of.
