Tolle Festung
Pros:

Tolle Festung mit tollem Blick. Wir konnten die Festungsanlage abends noch erkunden, war wirklich super, da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben.
Betten waren sehr bequem und das Bad war, durch Milchglaswände getrennt, im Zimmer integriert.

Cons:

Zimmerblick zum Innenhof war leider gegen eine Wand... das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders.

Dette er dessverre det dårligste overnattingsstedet jeg har opplevd på mine 64 år.

Den største innvendingen er at annonsen etter vår oppfatning er misvisende. Leiligheten markedsføres som en 86 m² leilighet, men det opplyses ikke tydelig at dette er en kjellerleilighet under bakkenivå. Vi gjennomgikk annonsen nøye før bestilling, og denne informasjonen var verken tydelig beskrevet eller fremhevet. Først etter ankomst ble det klart at vi skulle bo i en kjeller. Hadde dette vært oppgitt på en tydelig måte, ville vi aldri bestilt oppholdet.

Ved ankomst merket vi umiddelbart en sterk og innestengt kjellerlukt. Luften var tung, dårlig og lite behagelig å oppholde seg i. I løpet av natten opplevde flere av oss irritasjon og tykkhet i halsen, noe vi ikke hadde før vi ankom. Inneklimaet var så dårlig at det påvirket opplevelsen betydelig.

I tillegg var det et omfattende problem med maur. Vi fant maur på gulvene, i sofaen og til og med inne i skoene våre i gangen. Dette er ikke noe man forventer å møte i en bolig som leies ut til betalende gjester.

Når man kombinerer:

* manglende og misvisende informasjon om at boligen ligger i kjeller,
* svært dårlig luftkvalitet og kjellerlukt,
* maur i oppholdsrommene,

så sitter man igjen med et opphold som på ingen måte samsvarer med forventningene annonsen skaper.

Vi føler oss villedet av presentasjonen av boligen og kan ikke anbefale dette stedet til andre reisende. Etter vår vurdering burde annonsen tydelig opplyse at dette er en kjellerleilighet, slik at gjestene kan ta et informert valg før bestilling.

Stunning historical location!!
Pros:

The location was fantastic- stunning views and super fun to be staying in such a historical place. Far exceeded my expectations in terma of character! The room was also well-priced, and included a Nespresso coffee maker, Rituals soaps, shampoo and conditioner (not rubbish stuff), a steamer for my clothes (excellent!) and the room as clean and spacious.

Cons:

The coffee machine in the room was broken, but this is something that could easily have been missed by the staff.
