Great location, good value for money, overall very pleasant experience.
Pros:

The rooftop terrace was great for watching the balloons. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Bathroom door did not stay open, so the bathroom smells a bit musty. Rooftop terrace could do with a bit of a freshen up.

Sweet cozy dream

Un lugar agradable que podría ofrecer una mejor experiencia con más mantenimiento y atención al detalle
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Suficientemente cerca del centro, pero en una calle tranquila. Con posibilidad de aparcamiento gratuito cercano.
Dormir en una cueva es una experiencia curiosa y en pleno verano se agradece que la piedra resulte tan fresca. La habitación también cuenta con aire acondicionado.
El edificio tiene cierto encanto, con terrazas en diversas alturas y una entrada estilo villa a nivel de calle que invita a entrar.
El componente panorámico es especialmente relevante, ya que sus terrazas ofrecen un punto de vista privilegiado sobre Goreme, en especial cuándo vuelan los globos de madrugada.
El personal fue atento y cuando tuvimos un problema durante la noche, se presentaron inmediatamente a resolverlo.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía ventilación alguna y el olor a humedad era muy fuerte, hasta llegar a ser desagradable.
Ducharse en una bañera de hidromasaje puede resultar peligroso al entrar y salir, sin posibilidad de agarrarse. Además, sin mamparo alguno, el suelo entero del cuarto de baño se queda inundado, lo que nos llevó algún resbalón.
En general, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones se percibió flojo. Había desperfectos y desperfectos generalizados. Por ejemplo, el jacuzzi no funcionaba bien y desprendía un fuerte olor. La iluminación de la habitación también era bastante deficiente, sin posibilidad de encender o apagar las lámparas por separado.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location in the town and for watching hot air balloons. They have a lovely rooftop and the breakfast was amazing! The staff were very helpful and helped us book our trips and taxies. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

早餐很棒，店主也很热心，帮我们预定热气球。
Pros:

酒店顶楼平台是早上看气球最棒的点，可以近距离看到热气球，晚上楼顶喝茶聊天也很惬意。住在洞穴，可能会有点暗，但也是一个不错的体验，可以让店家安排两楼的房间。

Un sejur scurt, dar plin de experiențe frumoase și unice!

Personalul foarte amabil unde te ajută cu un plan de călătorie dacă nu ai unul făcut dar și altele precum rezervare pentru diverse activități, curățenie zilnică, răcoare în cameră, rooftop pentru priveliște la prima oră sau final de zi.

Cons:

Lipsește un mini bar pentru răcirea băuturilor.
Trebuie un pic de atenție cu prizele (la baie cel puțin) cam ies din perete.
La mic-dejun un pic cam prea mult dulce (mai exact dulceață), poate nu sunt eu învățat…

・部屋は広く快適！洞窟風ではなくちゃんとした洞窟ルーム。その割にジメジメした感じがなく非常に快適。
