Friendly staff and well equipped kitchen
Pros:

Staff allowed early check-in if the room was available. There is a lift available however do take note of the weight limit.

Location is 5 mins walk from Brussel-Zuid station and 30 mins walk from Grand-Place.

Do note that reception isn't manned 24 hours but help is available by calling on a number.

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable place.
Francesco was very kind and accommodated our requests. The room was large, and the kitchen was fully equipped. In my experience, the neighborhood was very quiet.

Appartement spatieux, propre et très bien équipé. Présence de la climatisation bien utile vu les fortes chaleurs. Proximité de la gare du midi et du métro.

Cons:

Les horaires affichés à la réception ne sont pas respectés. Malgré la présence d'un personnel sur place, et du versement d'une caution, il n'y a aucun contrôle de l'état de l'appartement au départ et à l'arrivée. Nous avons trouvé le lave vaisselle rempli de vaisselle sale.

Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait, on a pris le métro pour essayer et on est rentrés à pied.
Ils nous ont rajouté un matelas pour mon fils de six ans contre 20 euros la nuit. Un grand merci.
La sécurité à l'entrée pour rentrer dans le bâtiment et le logement. Les caméras dans le hall et dans les étages sont très rassurants.

Cons:

Le quartier aux alentours peut être un peu effrayant mais on étais en famille alors même si on est rentrés tard tout s'est très bien passé.

Very pleasant
Pros:

The setup and room is beautiful and very homely. Other than a washing machine you have everything available although I didn't use anything other than the electric kettle. Also very close to the railway station.

Pros:

L'appartement propose de nombreux avantages : il est spacieux, très propre et assez bien équipé, même s'il manquerait quelques accessoires pour cuisiner. Il y a tout le linge nécessaire et des produits mis a disposition dans la salle de bain.
Les lits sont plutôt confortables, et a plus que l'espace nécessaire à 3.
Le vrai plus est le personnel, qui est adorable : nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en avance et les laisser après notre départ sans souci. Ils sont très serviables et disponibles et donnent des explications détaillées pour l'arrivée. Attention, prévoyez un virement de caution de 100 euros à votre arrivée, mais nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème et n'avons pas été débités. L'appartement est également très bien sécurisé, ce qui est rassurant. L'emplacement très proche de la gare est très pratique pour vos déplacements, même si cela n'est pas le quartier le plus attractif en termes de restaurants et activités proposées (et de propreté). Mais les commerces de proximité ferment tard ce qui est un vrai avantage et nous n'avons ressenti aucun sentiment d'insécurité.

Cons:

Le seul bémol est l'isolation de l'appartement : on peut entendre tous les allers-retours dans le couloir et les bruits de la rue. L'appartement n'est qu'une grande pièce, il n'y a donc pas de réelle séparation et si vous êtes 3, un des lits est dans le salon, ce qui fait que vous ne pourrez pas vous isoler de lumière du jour.
