Pros:

É muito limpo e muito próximo da estação central de Bruxelas. O proprietário e bem prático e direto. É um quarto grande com cozinha completa e geladeira.

Cons:

Embora eu não tive nenhum problema de segurança, os arredores são um pouco esquisito, havia um ponto de usuários de crack há poucas quadras de lá. Também achei a hospedagem um pouco mais cara em comparação com outras cidades em que estive durante minha viagem, mas pelo que pude notar na pesquisa que fiz de hospedagens Bruxelas é mais caro que as demais.

toujours aussi agréable
Pros:

C'est la 3ème fois que nous séjournons dans la résidence Bara-midi. Nous apprécions énormément le confort de l'appartement, vaste et bien aménagé, l'accueil chaleureux et l'emplacement très pratique. Il est situé dans un quartier populaire au milieu de magasins de grossistes qui sont donc fermés la nuit. Il y a dans les rues à proximité un grand choix de commerçants ( de nationalités diverses) ouverts tous les jours. Il y a donc la possibilité de faire les courses et la cuisine, ce qui permet d'éviter les restaurants à tous les repas.

Maravilloso apartamento, grande y super cómodo.
Pros:

Nos tocó un apartamento con decoración árabe muy chula. Destacar la comodidas de los colchones y las almohadas. La verdad que nos encantó todo el apartamento y el personal disponible.
Repetiríamos seguro.

Cons:

La única pega que pondría sería que el barrio no es muy seguro. Cabe destacar que está cerca de la estación principal que conecta super bien con el resto de la ciudad.
Si quereis ir andando por la noche al centro es mejor coger un Uber desde el apartamento por si las moscas. Pero ojo, por esta razón es económico.

Da wir im Apartment nicht viel Zeit verbringen, war es für uns in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage war super Nahe am Bahnhof Midi und das Stadtzentrum war gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es wurde eine zusätzliche Kaution verlangt in Höhe von Hundert Euro pro Apartment

La habitación Medina no es la mejor
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta pues está cerca de la estación de trenes y con metro cerca.
Me gustó la comodidad de disponer de cocina en la habitación.
La privacidad de la habitación respecto a la calle estaba bien conseguida con muchas cortinas

Cons:

En primer lugar, me cobraron un extra de 15€ no especificado anteriormente por una cuna que había solicitado en la reserva y que había pedido que prepararan y no tenían preparada.
La habitación - salón era todo junto con lo que todo el mobiliario extra de ambientación árabe era demasiado excesivo y limitaba la movilidad y el espacio en la habitación.
La cocina era muy pequeña y no tenía puerta de separación respecto a la habitación por lo que todos los olores y ruidos estaban justo al lado de la cama. El baño estaba dentro del espacio de la cocina.
