Pros:

The staff was amazing and super cool! Loved the valet service and the amenities on the property!

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. Minor maintenance could have been done to make experience better. Water pressure was really weird and acted as if there was air in the lines. Double sinks in master bath didn't drain which was gross

Never again.
Pros:

The view was the only thing good about the room.

Cons:

The owner of room 302 on the 31st floor needs to go into that room and look around. Several lights are not working, like in the shower. The handle on the kitchen sink is busted. The dishwasher is a disaster. The room advertised 3 beds. 2 King beds, and one pull out. That's not what we got. We had two pull out beds and one king bed, which was lumpy and very uncomfortable. In addition, there was only one pillow and one blanket for two pullout beds, neither bed had sheets on the bed. Luckily we brought our own blankets. Honestly, I see why this was such a good "deal." We will not be returning. I recommend anyone who does decide to risk it, bring a flashlight, bedding, and watch out for the sink.

Pros:

Personally, I really like the vibe I love the view. I love how quiet it was. We had a great time.

Cons:

Although the stay was great, only downside of this booking was the hot tub, was not available when the booking said it was that was honestly the main reason I even booked apart from that the stay was pleasant.

View was awesome. Room layout

Cons:

Continuous sink clog. Called multiple times to have them to unclog. Maintenance guy advised me to just let water trickle. Which was absurd. Finally just gave up. Had to advise them to clean the ac vent was very dirty from lack of maintenance. Lights weren't working either. Had to call in for service. Maintenance and upkeep gets a thumb down. I left a day early and and they wouldn't give me any type of room credit. Which was disappointing.

Beautiful experience
Pros:

When we first arrived and had our first glance we were so impressed and excited we had the most beautiful view and balcony the space was generously spacious staff was great everything was beyond expectations

Great experience but will look at pictures of Airbnb rooms more closely.
Pros:

The property is nice and in great shape. The specific Airbnb room in the Palm’s Place tower is dated with a lot of quirks that could be improved and replaced.

Cons:

The Palm’s Place tower is not directly connected to the free parking garage. You must park out front, descend stairs in the garage, or pay for valet.
