Seul bémol aucune indication sur Booking ne stipule le fait que les clés se récupèrent d'abord en centre ville avant de monter au domaine. Nous avons donc dû redescendre après avoir appelé l'hôte.

Segnaletica dell’indicazione della struttura mancante. La struttura, anche poco distante dal centro si trova in una posizione difficile di accesso (anche per gps) e non illuminata (se arrivate di notte il rischio di non trovare la struttura è molto alto). Arrivati nella struttura c’è nessuno (tutto elettronico). La stanza assegnata era sporchissima e maleodorante. Gli asciugamani erano macchiati di candeggina.

Chambres ne correspondant pas à la réservation
Il devait y avoir une baignoire à remous mais malheureusement aucune des 2 chambres réservées et pourtant bien spécifiées dans l’accusé de réception de la réservation n’en comportaient. Dommage et fâcheux

No one told me that in order to use the pool you have to tell the staff at the Hotel Le Fruitier in the town so that they can arrange to have the cover removed which meant that I missed out on some lovely swims. Only had 1 as someone else was already in the pool. The staff should tell clients what to do regarding booking the pool.

The Jacuzzi bath in our bathroom looked enticing but having filled the bath with hot water and having got in, nothing worked and I rfound it very difficult to get out. A rubber mat would have helped. A bit disappointing but a lovely place otherwise.

Surprise au paiement. Prix facturé différent et supérieur de celui à la réservation sur booking.

Upon arrival at our destination .. we were told via intercom that we had to go back down into the town 5 mins drive to another hotel to check in and collect key.. then drive up a very steep hill to go to our room…the room was fine and the pool good after a very hot day travelling.. our air con didn’t work and we didn’t no who to report this to. There was no reception here.. so did you have to travel back into town to the other hotel to complain?.. breakfast two options you can have a tray delivered to your room or drive down the hill to the other hotel.. which is not even worth it.. if your like coffee n croissants you’ll be fine.. after breakfast we are back up the hill to check out.. there is no restaurant & no bar here.. very badly organised.. will never return..

The decor was a bit dated, but maybe it was a taste thing? It was followed through very well. The electric/remote control system was a bit complicated, but the instructions were very clear.

While the description says this is a hotel it is a B&B. There is no restaurant or bar on the premises. All facilities are located in a hotel 500m away. We did go down to the restaurant to eat but were ignored by staff for over 45 mins despite using the call button as indicated on the table. Our room smelt of wet dog. The hotel did confirm a dog had been in the room a week prior. We had no robes/slippers or towels for the pool in our room.
