Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Bien equipado y en un lugar muy cómodo y fácil de ir a diferentes lugares.

Cons:

La ducha se calentaba mucho aunque se abría poco, entonces era eso o agua muy fría.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de paseo de la Reforma y de la fuente de la Diana cazadora.
Excelente limpieza, felicité a las encargadas de arreglar la habitación.
Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación muy amplia.
Los señores de la recepción muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar.

Convenient and spacious — balcony is a great plus!
Pros:

A great convenient stay, tons of space, very dark blackout curtains. I stayed in the streetside unit on the lowest floor, and it was still quite comfortable — a little bit of noise but really not bad given the density of Mexico City. You're a short walk from Roma Norte and Juarez, so there's plenty of exploring around the corner.

Cons:

The drain for the shower could use a clean-out, as I was left in a little bit of a puddle by the end of my shower. I'm sure the staff would have sorted it but I was only in the hotel for one night.
