Sehr großes Zimmer, sauber, viele Spielgelegenheiten für Kinder, Frühstück

Cons:

Innenpool war viel zu warm.
Daß nicht automatisch täglich das Zimmer aufgeräumt wird.

This hotel had plenty to do for kids and adults like with good sized rooms.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel, the bar and all the quirky features and games around.

Cons:

Some areas looked a little unfinished like the 3rd floor carpet and the games room. Clear instructions for the coffee machine would also be good.

Cool concept, less than great execution.
Pros:

The concept of the hotel is great. There’s lots to do with families with kiddos. Indoor pool, koi pond fountain, slides and bouncy castles. I liked that it was pet friendly. The room was nicely appointed.

Cons:

They put us on the third floor even though they knew we had pets. Finding the correct way in besides the very front door was also difficult. Contact free check in didn’t work. It’s TOO focused on kids and half of the hotel is still under construction. The whole place smells like chlorine. The AC has not been redone with the renovation and the rooms get stuffy. Bathrooms leave a lot to desire as well.

Very fun for my granddaughter.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and Dina as very kind to my granddaughter.
The staff was all very present and accomodating.

Cons:

There was a group of preteen-teenager kids that were running around and appeared to not have any adult supervision. They were playing in the jumpy with wet swimsuits and very inappropriate. My 7 year old granddaughter had to get out several time because in there words "they weren't following the rules that they should be old enought to read".

A "Gem" in the Amarillo area.
Pros:

The size of the suite was fantastic. The expansive bottom floor of the lobby is extremely family friendly.

Cons:

While the suite was very roomy, the AC from the bedroom did not reach the living area (no separate AC) which made enjoying that area a challenge.

It was a good experience and I felt like we got what we paid for!
Pros:

The ladies at the front desk were excellent! They were able to assist with anything that we need and made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. We were traveling with a group of 20 kids for youth camp and they thoroughly enjoyed staying there! With that being said, we enjoyed our stay and it was very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and so fresh!

Cons:

We were a little underwhelmed with the room as they did not reflect what was posted on the website. The pool was super cloudy and heavily chlorinated which was a huge letdown. Some of the added amenities such as the karaoke and the game room tv were not functional so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Like a great property for kids, however it was extremely dirty. The staff was unhelpful. Our room was gross.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The shower is awful. The beds aren't very comfortable. There are no hangers in the closets. The drawers/door in the dresser won't close very well. The fridge doesn't keep water cold.
The pool opens too early. I was awakened by yelling children. There is only one working elevator. In a hotel this big and spread out, there should be at least 2. Only 2 staircases. And only one way outside unless you want to set off alarms. For $180/night, I shouldn't have to hike just to get to my car.

facilities were either closed or just kinda ass like the “golf course” was just a small circle that people kept walking through and the little pillows they used for cornhole didn’t even fit in the holes, the game room looked run down.. the “free breakfast” is just coffee and waffles the actual breakfast like eggs and sausage and stuff you have to pay for
